Great finish and quality product. The gas cook top is a cracker and the oven does perform well as a gas unit with the fan force option.The installation and standing feet alternatives are a good feature.A really good product which ads well aesthetically to a colonial / heritage kitchen.
It meets all my hopes & expectations. After having an electric stove for many years I love the instantaneous heat & much better control over low heat using gas jets. Ive used the oven a number of times, to begin with I had the temperature up too high & burnt bottoms on sausage rolls. Now I know to only set it at 160 degrees with the fan on, not 180. My banana bread on middle rack @ 160 turned out perfect. Love its appearance too & its easy to clean. It just took a little getting use to.

Heaps of gas power, a bit hot in summer with the Owen on for roasts My cat can get under it, which in not desirable. I love it!
I purchased this stove to replace a previous 53 cm Emilia stove that I had had for over 10 years and the oven had stopped working. I needed an exact size so as not to interfere with my bench tops. Happy with everything so far - I did find this new stove had a regular electric plug not a flat one as per my previous stove so did need to get an electrician to change the plug so stove was flush to the wall. Otherwise so far so good. It was interesting that the sales person in the store at Chatswood had never heard of Emilia Stoves even though it was available to purchase online. He could only talk about the products (Chef Stove) in store and when u asked him about the Emilia he was dismissive
This cooktop cooker is so good to bake cakes, bake fish & make a roast beef, roast pork. Overall nice to cook anything on. So grateful I have purchased this cooker....
Easy to operate operate, gas ignitions good oven works well,except for fan vibration noise.
