I bought two sizes and absolutely love them. I only realised afterward they weren't dimmable but then I learnt a quick switch moves it through natural, cool and warm settings which is just as good! Make sure to use gloves provided to install front.

Good quality and easy to install. Looks even better than the $300 fitting it replaced for a fraction of the cost. Very happy customer.

60 cm light larger then I imagined but it sure does its job and looks good as I have black square windows and square floor tiles with black grout Also used 30cm version of same light.

I bought this model and it failed after 3 weeks of use(right before a long weekend!)Dealing with the authorised repairer has been very difficult and now the unit has failed a second time after the first repair failed. So much for SONY reliability. Avoid
The first option on setup was whether to enable Smart TV features or not; no fear of clunky and pointless built in junk making the experience terrible. Instead it works as TVs should - it takes various signals in, and presents the pictures on the screen depending on the selected input source. It integrates well with universal remotes, as it supports one-button input source changes and doesn't take a long time to boot itself up and change modes. It's 4K UHD or whatnot but my eyes are at best SD so as far as I'm concerned the picture quality is fine. It's bright enough, it's viewable from everywhere I might be sitting to try and view it.
Picture quality is great, and watching regular TV on this model would be great. But without a built in App Store you will not be able to download any apps you want that have not been build in by Sony (Disney+ just for one example)If you plan to use a Plugin UI such as an Apple TV, you will find that an annoying info banner will drop from the screen most time’s you move your cursor that is not able to be turned off. It is able to be turned off on most other Sony TV models.Generally bad user interface, very worthwhile spending a little extra on the model up the X80g. Unfortunately I cannot due to Harvey Norman’s inflexible and ridiculous attitude to returns/exchanges.
Light is very nice having 3 different colour temperatures, would be even better if it remembered the last setting so you dont have to cycle through every time you turn on to your preferred light colour setting.
I bought this TV (Not from HN) but BEWARE it does not have the ability to add apps from Playstore. You're stuck with Preloaded apps. A total waste of my money. Called Sony and they said oh yes we have two different types of SmartTV one with Stand alone software and the other with Android. You should make this loud and clear to your customers!
Fixture is light and quite easy to install. But 18W is not as bright as I thought, should have got a higher wattage for the living room. Good for small rooms and along corridors.
