I been using this of an afternoon as a pick me up and before training

Tastes very sour but I like it. Starting to see results.

Great for utilising stored fat to be used as an energy source.

Acetyl L-Carnitine Is one of the brain stimulant’s out there. If it says monohydrate then it’s even better. I use this everyday with my other supplements and makes wonders.

Mixed well with great results

Mixed well with Cross eyed pre workout, loved the results. Only thing with the tall bottle it needs a longer armed scoop but overall loved it.

Packaging is Misleading

Happy with the overall product but disappointed with the false advertising.The container packaging states '100 serves'. I was using this along side Oxyshred Hardcore which is 40 serves and Beyond BCAA+EAA which is 60 serves - a recommended stack by Elite. Using the specific scoops provided for each tub, the Acetyl L-Carnitine ran out when my Oxyshred did! 60 serves early!
