This product works well in terms of sleep assistance. I was sleepy within 10 minutes and my sleep felt more restorative. However, the taste of the maple donut is absolutely foul. It’s barely tolerable. I gag as I drink it but it is worth it for the effects.

All in all, I would say this product definitely backs up what it advertises. I use to have trouble sleeping at night and would be up until the AM’s before finally being tired enough to doze off. If I did fall asleep at a reasonable hour I would be constantly waking up restlesss throughout the night.Within an hour of taking this product. I would feel myself dozing off ready for sleep and I would have a full nights rest. Waking up ready to take on the world rather than feeling grumpy with knowing I only got 2 hours sleep over 6 hours in bed.Great product will definitely continue to use daily

This was such a nice sweet treat before bed. Totally relaxing and helped me drift off to sleep very quickly. No drowsiness the next day either!

Been having a lot of trouble getting solid deep sleep for a few months now and tried a few other supplements to get more than half an hour. Tried Sleep (Mango and Macadamia, great taste not too sweet) last night and knocked over 1 hour and 10 minutes of deep sleep.I’ve got a pretty narrow sleep window due to work and other commitments and this is the most refreshed I’ve felt in a long long time. Woke up only a couple of times and fell asleep immediately opposed to the 8 or so times I’ve woken up every other night thinking it’s time to get up and struggling to sleep. Highly recommend.

Using this with ZMA and Ashwagandah. Get a solid 6 hours sleep. The combo is a good one only tried Ashwagandah by itself but sleep was intermittent. Wake up thirsty and it takes a bit of time to shake off the sleepiness. Much better than mainstream relaxants.

Such a great product, I can notice a huge difference in my sleep quality when I have this. The flavour is amazing. Maple Donuts tastes exactly as you might imagine the perfect blend of savoury and sweet. Best made with cold water. Highly recommended.

The product works decently, about the same as the Oxysleep I was using prior. The only difference being that it tastes a whole lot better and isn't super grainy and hard to mix like the Oxysleep. I just wish it wasn't quite so sweet (chocolate version).

I’ve used a few sleep drink supplements in the past and actually found this one to be the weakest in terms of actually helping me get to sleep. The flavour is good but it just feels like it’s missing something.. I’m a huge fan of fade out by redcon1 so if anyone is struggling with insomnia or just can switch off of a night, I think that is a much better option.
