After each time you use the milk frothing function, you have to clean and wipe the parts. The machine is fairly easy to operate if you just clean the milk parts regularly.In addition, this machine boasts great style. I bought some double-walled glasses that showcase the different kinds of coffees I make.

The milk compartment of the first coffee maker didn’t work. I called nespresso customer service and after trying to troubleshoot it they advised me to return it. I had it replaced with another one. It worked one day. I can’t even call it worked it was simply moving the milk from milk compartment to my cup without frosting it. The previous one didn’t do even that. But it wasn’t cappuccino! It would give like three sips of coffee at the bottom of my small cup and regular unfrosted milk. I had lots of frustration with this machine. I thought I was doing something wrong and called customer service again. After troubleshooting it stopped working at all. 😅Returning the second machine 🤪

I bought this in December 2022 as my husbands birthday present, and since then, HE'S BEEN LOVING HIS COFFEE EVEN MORE! On the other hand, ive started drinking coffee cuz of this machine too! I CAN NOT EXPRESS MINE OR MY HUSBANDS LOVE FOR THIS MACHINE! IT WORKS LIKE WONDERS! SO EASY TO USE. Just press a button, and enjoy a good cup/mug of coffee. Just love it! We havent seen any issues yet, and it has been used regularly since the day we got it. Somwtimes ev3n 4 5 times a day when we have people over. And still works perfectly fine!

I just had to do a bit of testing with different milk brands to get one that worked well with the frother. 1% milk won't give good results. I use 2% and it's good with most milk brands.Yes, the descaling takes a while and sometimes you have to do it twice but then you're good for months. I think that it might depend on the hardness of the water you use.The frother parts are easy to take apprart and easy to clean. The machine works great, but like the title said, the original is still better. The milk frother is the main issue. Its small and doesn't froth a lot of milk at one time. The original Nespresso machine makes a full latte that would fill a mug, but this one makes about half the size. The other part that's annoying is that the machine flashes 'rinse' after every time you use the frother - even if you use it a second time almost right away. You then have to take the milk frother out and rinse it and put it back in to get it to work. Makes it annoying to have a few lattes over the span of a few hours. All that said, the machine works great and the drinks it makes are high quality.

I used the milk frother twice and then it stopped working - the lights won't come on for the milk drinks anymore - from reading other reviews looks like I'm not the only one with this problem, so it seems there's an issue with this machine. I cleaned all the parts after use and followed the instructions. I called nespresso support and spent two hours on the phone with the tech walking me through trying to fix it. I finally had to let them go while it was doing what was hopefully the last step to fix the machine as I had to leave to get my kids, but the fix did not work. However, my milk frother did stop working after a couple weeks of using it. I saw in the reviews that certain types of milk didn't work well. So, I tried all different types but still no luck. I will send you a new milk frother, and try it with whole milk." I am overall very disappointed and unhappy with this purchase - what a waste of money AND time.
3 out of 3 machines I bought ( had them replaced three times) didn't work. The problem was with frothed with all of them. Nespresso customer service tried to troubleshoot all of them but no luck. Then I tried aeroccino model and had same problem with frother. Like wise they send me replacement three times but no luck. That's incredible. 6 machine brand new machines, from different stores including frothier replacements from Nespresso wearhouse didn't work. I wonder if they have any if their machines working at all!? How do they do business?? Smh
