Energy and life quality boost in slow and natural way

Today it was last dose from package I had ordered and I can say it has really good results. I have much better focus, much more energy (but very soft way) and feel myself more calm. It's cool! I have already ordered second package and thinking to buy 2 or 3 next time. But no sence to wait for fast results. Like every other so-called energy products, I was very sceptical about this.I take one each morning and it gives me a steady flow of energy. Healing

The surprising and miraculous benefit of this was that it healed my broken ribs, and greatly reduced and sometimes eliminated my plantar fasciitis pain. PF in my right foot did heal completely. I was not expecting this at all. My ribs seemed to heal almost overnight. This did give me headaches at first, but I found that if I took it with B-vitamin complex, it did not happen. Since then, I have read that conversion of NADH to NAD+ requires B1, B2, & B6 so that might explain it. It does give energy, and you may want to avoid taking at night as it might keep you up. If this doesn't work for you immediately, try taking w/ magnesium citrate and kelp extract (for iodine). That seemed to improve its effectiveness or it addressed other needs.

It’s like adderall. Insane stimulation. Best to cut the dose in half.

I’ve given this to friends before and they all say it’s too stimulating. The dosage needs to be reduced. Cutting the tablet in half does the trick. It boosts your mitochondria function. It’s such a good emergency pill to have for low energy. Definitely don’t take before bed. Combine with other supplements for energy, like caffeine, Carnitine, PQQ, Creatine, and zinc. By taking little bit of few different things rather than taking high dose of one, it will help to make sure it’s not too stimulating and reduce side effects.

mild improvement

I tried the source naturals version of NADH and it had a very strong impact on me. I had more energy and got more done. However, if I took 10 mg rather than 5 I was so wired I could not sleep. I'm not sure what was in those pills but the change in me was so obvious mum would say 'have you taken yipee beans today?' because I had so much more energy. With the enada NADH 5 mg even if I take 2 tablets I have no improvement in energy or concentration. I may have a slightly more solid and even temperament on these but quite honestly its difficult to see any difference. I would be very interested to know why there is this difference. What is in the source naturals tablets as opposed to the enada. They look identical
