I purchased a Cr-5 Pro High temp from a site that I thought was the official Creality store. creality3dshop.com. it looks very official uses all of the same graphics but unfortunately it is just a dealer which misrepresents their company as the manufacture... DO NOT BUY from them. My real problem is with Creality with whom I have a warrantee for the purchase of the unit. It arrived direct from the factory with missing hardware, and damaged internal parts that were not due to shipping damages. It also had a cracked top cover. Creality which should support the customer is instead insisting that I go though the scam dealer which has delivered nothing but empty and broken promises. They have not sent a replacement unit and there are so many things wrong with ... The main threaded rod for the build plate has a slight bend... The motor sounds like it has bad a bad winding which makes terrible noise. It was missing 3 of the 4 screws that were supposed to secure the motor to the printer. It is missing all of the screws and hardware for fixing the side panels and the top cover is cracked in 3 places. I have received zero support only emails with excuses and now I am on my 3rd month and still do not have a working unit... This is very unacceptable for one of their higher priced printers. I was wold Creality was a good brand but my experience has been anything but good. I just want them to address this defective unit and send me one that works or give me my money back. I do not want to work with creality3dshop.com as I think they are a scam operation and have even said they issued me a refund which they have not. Complete and utter lies. Creality needs to protect consumers who put their trust in their products.
