Endura MT500 Spray shorts are the obvious mix of waterproof trousers and stretchy MTB shorts. In this updated version of the popular shorts, many small updates have been made which have improved the way the shorts sit. They are made with 3-layer water-repellent panels on the back, which protect against water spray from the rear wheel, while the front has 4-way stretch fabric which is very breathable so you can get rid of the heat. Perfect for those days when it is not raining from above but the track is still wet. The upper side has been given DWR treatment so that they can also withstand a bit of water spray. There are two front pockets both of which have zippers. On each side there are velcro straps which make it possible to adjust the shorts at the waist so that they fit. They are clickfast compatible, which means you can click a pair of inner shorts in, either with or without a pad.

Not the biggest fan of 'the bike short...' you know, spandex, padded, bibs, but THEY'RE a NECESSITY. Add a pair of these to your kit and you will definitely be a happy cyclist. Waterproof. Bombproof. And baggy. Bibs go on. These go over. Boom. Not so self conscious. Forget about the color if you're hesitant on matching stuff. Do you really care about that when you're barrelling down a trail or the pavement? If you do, stay on the peloton.

Love these shorts. Perfect length for mtn biking, fit really well, have a little stretch. You literally forget you have them on. Zip pockets fit my iPhone 13 Max just fine. I usually wear a 34" waist pants and I opted for size Large in these shorts. The waist is a tiny bit big but not to worry, the velcro sinchy things worked as intended and the waist snugged right in to comfyville. And the big bonus is...you can ride in cruddy weather and not have to worry about your crack becoming soaked.

Great quality and fit perfectly. I originally ordered the wrong size so returned them and they were replaced all within a week. Super service as usual from Tredz

The shorts function as intended and keep the parts dry they are supposed to but after only a few rides one of the poppers pulled right through. Tredz where fantastic at replacing them but I feel the quality of endura products isn't what it was.Size wise, I'm a 32-33 inch waist and the mediums I ordered are looser than I'd like but fine with the side straps tightened.
Pricey, but worth it for wet riding in the PNW! Held off for years getting a proper pair of wet-weather shorts, wish I hadn't. These are quiet-- not like the garbage bag feel of full waterproof shorts-- and very comfortable. They cover my kneepads well, too.
Great shorts, really pleased with them. They are well made, tough and waterproof. Size wise I normally take a large being a 36” waste and whilst a large did fit they were just a bit too tight so I returned for the XL and these fit well using the Velcro adjusters. Will buy these again once they are worn out.
These are my third shorts from ENDURA. Since the trails are often wet or muddy, I wanted pants with protection against that. Tkani a is truly functional in all respects and keeps what it promises. Of course, within the limits of what is possible. I am especially pleased with the details that are missing from some of the pants. Belt loops and anti-slip silicone insert ,on the back at waist height. I love that I was able to color match these pants with the Single Track shirt, windbreaker and gloves. To whom it means a lot.
Tbh I’ve not had that many different types of shorts but I’m so impressed with these that I’ve no need to try others.I’ve gone for a size small this time despite me having a bigger waist and I’d say they fit better (on the website I should be medium) probably my personal preference. As they suggest ‘spray’ they really do keep you dry unless it’s raining unlike other shorts where you go through a puddle and you are soaked. Top quality top service no complaints.
I think these are more for downhill mountain biking. They are long, baggy and material is quite thick. I was looking for something a bit lighter for hot summer days. I am 5´6, 130lbs and size small was a bit big at the waist.
very comfortable, great fit, size is spot on and quality is as expected from Endura
