I found it extremely helpful and am still taking it almost 20 years later. I notice a real difference if I miss my morning dose.During Covid I have struggled to access supply and we found on your website which is why I got from you. I prefer Lemon lime but it’s not always available now unfortunately

The rehydration is great during a workout. Previously I was fatigued after leaving the gym, now I feel great. I have a sip of Endura between sets and find I don't tire so quickly. It might not be the case for some, works for me.

If you don’t rehydrate you're not going to perform to your max. As a body builder you need to be hydrated. Everyone needs to be well hydrated. Into road cycling and mountain biking for 20 odd years i have tried a few different brands of similar product however the Endura Performance Hydration formula has certainly won me over as not only keeps me well hydrated it also maintains my energy level while having a nice flavour.I'm eat gluten free and suffer with IBS occasionally and have zero side effects from this product.Certainly recommend this product.
