The Engel fridge slide is fit for purpose, and has survived it's first trip well. Pros: - It fit's will with the MT-V45C - Robust - Simple installation - Steel bearings Con's - Heavy (~10kg) - No guidance on installation bolt torques/sizes and washer sizes provided - Using the turnbuckles without also buying the fridge cover will will likely damage the fridge The unit is made in China although no obvious manufacturing floors were observed. Careful when installing it because over-tightening the bolts may result in slight warping of the slide and consequently a less smooth operation. Seems best suited to a trailer installation. If installing inside a vehicle an aluminium + dropping slide might be worthy of consideration if budget allows. Over priced & where mounted under a shelf does not extend out enough to access fridge controls easily - (Engle 60L model). The slide also does not include a wiring harness for the AC/DC cables to fridge to ensure no damage when mounting fridge on slide - surely this is an issue with all slides.

Afraid I had to return the slide as I couldn't fit it into the only available space. I have seen these slides work and they are great.
