Ordered one dish online, arrived in pieces due to poor packaging. Called the contact centre and the customer service operator was great and automatically raised a replacement order. Second arrived in pieces too. Lovely customer service agent provided me with a refund. Myer you need to review your warehouse packaging guidelines from your Melbourne warehouse. It was such a waste of resources, time and money.....
Bought this as an attractive alternative to our metal roasting pan and use it for oven to table serving. Very easy to clean. Love it.

I'm a huge fan of the Maxwell & Williams range. I bought this Epicurious Square Baker, aa I needed a dish of 8cm depth to create a homemade Tiramisu recipe. This product was perfect for my sweetly delicious dessert creation. The 24cm x 8cm baker is simple, yet very stylish in appearance. It isn't too heavy to handle, or too large to wash by hand. The porcelain baker is dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave safe. The handles are very comfortable and secure to hold on to. I will be using it to make Lasagne recipes. It's a great investment and a beautiful looking 'oven to table' serving dish. I absolutely love it!
After only 3 uses for roast chicken with a temperature less than 200 degrees C, the surface cracked and chipped. I am so afraid that I might have eaten some ceramic coating by accident. This is very unacceptable.
