Epson Double Sided Matte Paper - A4 - 50 Sheets

The paper is a reasonable thickness so can be used for Christmas cards etc but not the thickest I have seen at 180g. I also have to fiddle with the printing brightness settings. Without adjustment, pictures seem to come out too dark. But it does work fine in an Epson ET-2750 which is notorious for not accepting non-Epson card. With adjustments, I can produce adequate photos onto the card for birthdays, Christmas, etc. The worst thing about the paper is the ludicrous price set by Epson. StinkyInk wasn't the very cheapest I found for the paper but was still very competitive and combined with their excellent service, it was a no-brainer to get from them again

Very good quality, you'll get best quality images on this paper. At 178gsm it's a bit thin for making cards, but probably too thick for many automatic paper feeders (which are great up to about 100gsm). It's a trade off - it's not cheap - it gives best quality (matte) images - it's not cheap. Epson don't really offer anything else like it. It's truly double sided (you can't tell the difference between sides).

Nothing much to say, it does what it says on the tin, I use an Epson printer with genuine Epson ink and thereby achieve genuine Epson results. I would happily take advantage of another similar offer.

I use this for general purpose printing when I want something light weight. Typically dressmakers patterns. I had thought it might be translucent enough for digital negatives, but it really isnt.

This is my first use of Luster paper and it is Awesome. I printed the same photo on premium gloss and luster and the difference was easily visable. I gave the picture to a friend as a gift and they loved it. They had seen the previous photo on premium gloss paper and asked what I did special to this print to make it better. The only difference was the paper. I am a devoted fan of this paper already for my portraits and pictures I want to sell.

When using the Epson printer, if using matte paper, then the printer does not use Photo Black so I decided to buy Luster paper to use my Photo Black ink as well. Did not want to have any clogs from lack of use. Prints came out great with this paper.

After trying a number different photo papers, I primarily use Epson Ultra Premium Luster. The reproduction quality is excellent.

I hadnt used any other photo paper besides the usual glossy or matte paper before now. Neither were to my liking. A teacher suggested to get the EPSON luster paper, and its made me photos look great I mostly use it for black and white printsmakes them look a lot more richer on paper than on the computer screen and I recently printed in color. There seemed to be an interesting luminous sheen on the paper, which I really liked Although its not a cheap paper, I would definitely recommend it. You get what you pay for, and more

Luster paper is a goto paper for me for portrait images. This size allow me to go for 8x10 or 8.5x11 prints. Very little cropping the the Hasselblad X1 camera. Although I can and do print much larger copies, this size is really portable yet big enough to convey the quality, sharpness and color density that a larger image might have. Very consistent quality from Epson. Excellent value from BH.

The pack containing the paper was untidy and opened as described, but the actual paper inside was a mixture of thick and thin paper, some of which was definitely normal inkjet paper. Wont be buying rubbish this again.
