My baby loves being carried in this Ergobaby carrier. It is so convenient when I need my hands free to take care of my toddler, run errands, or do chores around the house, and it is soothing to baby at the same time. It can be put on without help from others and feels secure. Both my husband and I can wear it, since the straps are adjustable. This is an essential piece of baby gear!

I had used the original Ergo Baby with my first son but soon found out he loved facing outwards when he got to about 6-7 months. But I loved how this was the only carrier that didn’t give me horrible back and shoulder pain so we stuck with that one. Fast forward three years and when I got pregnant again I immediately bought the Ergo 360. BEST PURCHASE EVER! It was so comfortable, for both me and baby, loved all the options for positions (bit I never got good at doing the side carry and back carry. It held great through many many washes and is now being used by a third baby (our friend’s) and still looks brand new. It is a great investment. Especially with multiple children. And it lasts so long that I can definitely say it has resale value. It’s definitely one of the pricier options out there but so worth it. I got my money’s worth with how much I used it and how much my friend uses it. Do yourself a favor and get one of these. You won’t regret it

All these paid reviews are annoying. I bought this sling with my own money, and it cost a pretty penny. I got a good deal when these went on sale and you can’t use coupons for this. Being of West African descent, I’ve practiced baby wearing for the last 12 years. Everything from baby strapped to the back with 3 yards of cloth, to ring sling, ties, you name it. The cool mesh 360 beats out anything I’ve ever used by FAR! The convenience of putting a baby on the back, side and front; walking while nursing hands free and just getting things done around the house. It’s grab and go and we take it EVERYWHERE. I wish it had a snugger fit. That area doesn’t adjust by much, so if you have a shorter torso like me, it may be a little annoying but not deal breaker. I researched the heck out of this carrier. I wanted the top of the line. It can be bulky to carry around but it’s quick and easy to wear. I just throw it under the baby’s stroller or ditch the stroller altogether. Because of the material, it dries very fast. My kid spilled a whole bottle of water on it and hung it upside down. By morning, it was completely dry. Both men and women can wear this comfortably. Baby is always secure even though their face sometimes bumps up against the fabric I haven’t had any issues with it being scratchy or causing irritation. I recommend that every new mom, or mom of very young children put this on registry as a must have or wait out a good sale. It’s worth it!

A very comfy carrier!
13 June 2022

I love my baby carrier and using it for mostly at the grocery store since it gives me the ability to be hands free! It’s also great to get this because it’s super comfy! My only challenge is getting this on and off by myself can sometimes be a challenge although I’ve gotten the hang of it. It took me a while to get it just right for me and my baby. Comfortable, but pockets are essential and bad customer service
12 October 2022

It’s a comfortable carrier, but I find it super helpful and important for carriers to have functional pockets for the million things I carry going out and about with a baby. When I received the carrier and realized there were no pockets, I decided I wanted to send it back. I emailed to request a return label, but never heard back. After a few days I decided to order a pocket someone makes on Etsy for the ergo carriers to button onto the front ( clearly a lot of people have found pockets to be necessary if someone is sustaining an online Etsy shop with sewing ergo carrier specific pockets.) With the added pocket iId give the carrier a 5, but due to the fact I had to spend $40 to make the carrier fit my needs and never heard back from customer service, solid 2.

Going strong with baby #2
15 February 2023

We got the Ergo 360 with our first baby. He needed to be held or in constant motion and the ergo was a way of life. We carried him on outings, during chores, and many naps. Four years later and we have welcomed baby #2! He spends a large part of the day in the ergo as we chase big brother around, do chores and (he) takes naps. This is hands down my favorite baby/toddler product. It's more comfortable than a ring sling and easy to put on. The mesh helps keep both of us from overheating. It fits my 5'-4" build as well as my 5'-10" husband. Love it!

Great balanced harness with a few considerations
28 August 2019

It works well for keeping the kiddo tight and snug to your body. It's also pretty comfortable and sturdy for the person wearing it. We actually used it on a very long flight to keep our 15-month old from terrorizing the other passengers, and it worked well to keep her mellow and content (most of the time). I docked it one star solely for the fact that we sometimes had trouble keeping our daughter's chin high enough when facing forward. It sometimes looked like it was pressuring her neck, although she never acted like she was choking, so we just kept our eye on it as she settled lower in the harness. Also, this mesh version really only keeps the child a bit cooler, but not so much for the person wearing the harness. Let me tell you, having your child this close to your body is like being attached to a baby nuclear reactor. If it is hot or humid outside, you better bring a few extra shirts along because once you remove the harness, you and your little one will look like you just left the Shamu splash zone at Sea World. Other than that, the harness functions well and distributes the weight much better that the larger child backpacks.

There really is not much to this hunk of fabric. It probably uses $5, maybe $10, worth of material and the rest is just a huge markup because it is a baby product. The instructions seem to be all over the place as they jumble up all the different ways to wear it in each step. I guess they realized they did not do a good job on the instructions because they also include a separate piece of paper telling you to go watch a video on using the product and fitting it to yourself. What I found frightening is that your baby can fall out of the bottom of it! There literally is NOTHING holding your baby in besides a tiny, somewhat bucket seat like, type of area that they sit in... I think. I'm still trying to figure it all out because there are a lot of settings to it that have to be set a certain way for 0 months, -3 months, -9 months, under 7 pounds, over 7 pounds, under 13 pounds, rear facing, forward facing and so on and so on. NOTHING on the actual piece of fabric tells you what to set where for each size and/or weight.. You HAVE TO USE the big 2'x3' page of instructions to figure that part out and then memorize it. I feel like this is another over engineered product that tries to do too much and only gets 5 star reviews from people given a deep discount. I hope you love picture instructions because that is what you get... a bunch of pictures with green checks and red X's. I am disappointed in the price of this thing because it is only about $5-$10 worth of material at best. I should have known better when I saw people leaving 5 star reviews just based off the COLOR of the product....We purchased TWO Omni 360 carriers. The wife's came with the sun shade sewn in backwards(inside out), leaving an Ergobaby tag to rub on baby's head and irritate it, thus making it impossible to use without causing harm to our baby. I am hoping that we just received a bad batch or something.

Lots of support

Upgraded to this after my baby outgrew my first Baby Bjorn. I kind of wish I had had this to begin with, because it feels great to have one carrier for newborns to up to 45lbs. However, I think I needed to experience the tradeoffs with the Baby Bjorn. BB is simpler --SO easy-- to use, which meant we used it a ton. However, it definitely had much less support. But you don't realize that until you have a heavier baby and switch/upgrade.The Ergobaby is amazing for our baby who is now 22ish lbs. I love all of the different holds. I feel like she's more secure and snug in her seating as well as on me. The hip belt is a must for long holds. All of this security comes at the cost of a more complicated carrier, though--so beware. And honestly I'm excited to keep using this for a few years.Anyway, it's awesome, highly recommend if you want ONE carrier for a few years. Bonus if it's just one person or multiple similarly-sized people using the carrier, so that you don't have to do so many adjustments each time you switch between them, as is the unfortunate case between my spouse and me.

My favorite carrier!
24 February 2023

I’ve always loved my ergo carrier! I have mine away after my first two babies and then had a 3rd so bought another 360!!! So easy to use, I wear my babies all the time. And they last so long bc the weight is distributed so well!!!!! I must say I did like my older version a bit better with the Velcro waist and not as bulky shoulder straps but I do enjoy the new added back support panel! I will never have a baby without having an ergo 360!!!
