I purchased these having previously had Per Salute range of pots and skillets (which I love!), they are a great size and depth, and they look so good! Unfortunately, at times, the Induction will turn off (on both Miele & Wolf cooktops) and eggs and sauces stick to the pan, despite pans only using rice bran oil at medium-high heat. I can highly recommend the Per Salute Skillet set of 3!

Measurement are taken from the rim of the pan so the base is slightly smaller as I found this a grey area when purchasing. Light weight cooks well easy to clean. Happy with the product.

Gorgeous set of frying pans. Non stick and heats evenly. I love how the handles dont get hot so I can hold it while cooking. I wanted something I can cook with on the stove and also in the oven. Love this set!

These are lovely pans. Very light weight, they cook evenly on our induction cooktop.
These frypans are beautifully lightweight, well made, and may perform well on gas or ceramic cooktops. However on my Miele induction cooktop, these pans are slow to heat up and requiire a higher than expected setting to achieve sufficient heat to work with. And my large element does not detect the smaller frypan. The issue with both problems I think is the aluminium impregnated base. I do not have the same issue with my Essteele saucepans with multiclad steel bases as these are amazing.

Bought it during Black Friday sale so we got a a great deal. My family loveIt. cooks perfectly and doesn’t stick. No oil needed. Pretty blue/grey colour and matches our kitchen perfectly. Used with gas cooking.
