Very happy with my new Per Domani Skillet ! I have used Esteele saucepans and pans for 29 years now; some of which I still have in my kitchen. I would not use any other pans!The skillet does all I need it to for a family of 4 ( including 2 almost adult children). I even made a frittata in it the other day and finished it off in the oven (not above 180 degrees of course!).Excellent for pancakes too.

Great pan. Superb quality. Cooks evenly and is very easy to clean. I'll be buying more per domani skillets of different sizes to add to the collection.

Non stick pan works great upon purchase, but after 12 months it loses its non-stick properties for some reason. I'm on my third replacement, as the company is honouring their "lifetime" warranty. Although it doesn't feel very environmentally friendly to need a new pan every year

I love this little pan. It heats up quicker on my induction cooktop than its 38cm sister, so uses less electricity as I can cook on a lower heat. Its also very easy to clean. I would have given it 5 stars except that it has a slight dent in one side which is disappointing for a small pan worth $189.95. I would have taken it back to Myers but I'm sure it would just end up in land fill and it doesn't affect its cooking ability its only aesthetics.
This pan is amazing. Well made, heats up quickly and so far nothing sticks to it. Big reason for the purchase was the lifetime warranty as previous Tefal purchases have left me disappointed with a two year warranty (kept having to replace just past the two year mark).Shipping was quick and online purchase very easy.
I have had this pan for about 9 months, and love cooking with it. But, very early on, the handle became loose which was annoying. Then a few months later I noticed a slight flaw in the surface, and I have been so very careful with this pan so I have no idea how that happened. And then just last week it fell onto the floor after I knocked it off the dish rack (completely my fault), onto a soft Baltic Pine wood floor, and it now has dented the side of the pan in quite a lot, so obviously the pan is softer than the wood floor, very disappointing, but I guess this is why it is a light weight pan and easy to handle - the down side is that it dents easily. I noticed with the replacement they included excessive packaging, But this was not the problem in the first place and you guys need to look into how this actually happened and how it got as far as it did.Ordering the replacement was ok; The service was great for the most part but the photo process required was tiresome and annoying.Also, I noticed in one of your other 28cm products it came with a nice glass lid with a black rubberised rim. We bought the Per Domani 30cm skillet on sale and love it! It’s easy to clean, sturdy and works like a charm with an induction cooktop, heating evenly across the base. The exterior looks easily scratched but we haven’t had any issues since we got it.The one downside is it shouldn’t be washed in the dishwasher.
Very Disappointed in product. The Pan handle on the in store frying pan was loose so wasrecommended by sales clerk to order one online through Myer at Pacific Fair. When this one arrived it also had a loose handle that can't be tightened and was badly out of shape, not round at all.I rang Esteele in Melbourne and after taking videos and photos of the frying pan they sent out a replacement.For a $200 frying pan with these issues on the only two that I saw, how many others had the same defect?, not good.Maybe if all the stock had been checked before going up for sale Myer could have replaced the defected ones so this issue doesn't arrise.
I am absolutely loving my new Per Domani Non-Stick Frypan 28cm. The cooking requires less oil and the clean up is a dream. I have cooked onions, spaghetti bolognese and fried fish. Then simply wipe with a paper towel. No scrubbing. Love it.
