Only three stars for this as I have owned quite a few Esteele products in the past and they are usually very high quality. These pans are very easy to clean and appear to heat very well etc. So far so good. However I have found the pans to have that annoying feature of oil running to sides due to concave shape. Not expected with Esteele. The per moda pans are better.

I have tried a lot of non-stick frying pans, as a result my family have a range of different ones, however when anyone opens the draw this pan is the go to. You look for it first because it is a great size and the non-stick is excellent. The most common things we cook in it are eggs and bacon and a lot of side dishes like sauteed greens. The handle did come slightly loose over the many months of use but we tightened it with a screwdriver and it was fine.

I have been searching for a while for the perfect non-stick pan. With my diet I require reduced amount of oil and this pan does this perfectly it cooks up eggs and pancakes well that I only need the slightest amount of oil to keep food from not sticking to the pan

I love these pans. Just the right size for me to grill fish or egg in the little one and veges in the other. Easy of cleaning is great. Not too heavy to manage on the stove top. I received Essteele saucepans as a wedding present 52 years ago and they are still going strong. An excellent product. Love the brand. Very happy.
Perfect size for pancakes and omelettes! Great quality hardware, extra points as the handle is riveted! Non stick surface performs well so far, and cleans effectively with no residue left behind. Definitely will be buying a bigger version!
Often found with other pans the consistency of the pan heating up to be irregular and either takes a while to heat up, or heats really quickly thus likely to burn food. This pan I found to give a consistent and even heat over the pan. Found them to be easy to clean. We wish we bought onw sooner.
My pan arrived with no damages to the box and packaging it came it. Upon unboxing, I found that the pan is not even circular - there are very visible dents around the edge and a large scratch on the side. Did not receive a reply from customer service enquiries either.
This skillet cooks like an absolute dream! Food slips and slides over this non stick surface like nothing else. Heat is dispersed evenly ensuring perfectly coloured ingredients no matter where it sits in the pan. The lightweight material makes it so easy to manoeuvre on the stove top and handle when tipping food into bowls and platters. And because nothing sticks to the surface, cleaning is quick and hassle free. As a cook for many years, I cannot recommend this skillet more highly. An essential piece of kitchen equipment.
I had given up hope to ever find a good non-stick pan... until this one! It's a dream. Cooks beautifully and is actually non-stick! It's definitely worth the money.
I absolutely love this brand and the only ones that I believe are easy to clean. I have the 28 cm one and wanted a slightly bigger one. This is the 30 cm. Love it, but would only recommend 30 cm if you have plenty of room between rings on your cooktop. It is large but fantastic.
