Daily making of different flatbreads and crepes, I've had a few 'non stick' pans and persevered with them even though they did stick - l assumed it was user error - but now l have the Essteele pan l am shocked at how non stick it actually is - buckwheat pancakes - no oil - simply puff up (not on other pans) and glide off! As a passionate home cook l am delighted with this pan. Bought 1/2 price at Myer

Completely non-stick, easy to clean, yet still allows for browning of meats etcetera. Lovely caramelising of my seared scallops! Had a cast iron hot plate prior to this but the cleaning afterwards made it just not worth my while to use.

This is a fantastic addition to my kitchen. Easy to use, clean and serve delicious fish, steaks or anything really definitely would recommend.

Fantastic pan for lightly frying chicken or meat for big batches. Super easy to clean up afterwards. Very light too. Only issue is that the handles should've been a bit bigger. Overall, highly recommended.
Terribly disappointed. This pan was bought as part of a set. First time I used it and it has left terrible white dot marks, that match bottom of pan on my induction cooktop. I will be returning entire set for a refund under warranty and will be seeking a replacement cooktop. This is NOT suitable for induction.
Really poor product - have used it three times and and each time it has left marks on my induction cook top. I am very disappointed with this product and would not recommend it.
A fantastic five out of five for me! Great addition to the kitchen and perfect for dinning with friends and family. The Per Salute Hot Plate keeps the food sizzling which adds to the enjoyment of our family dinners. Not only does it keep it warm, but permeate our dinning room with a wonderful aroma of togetherness and delicious cooking!The plate is nonstick so say no more to tedious washing, its quick and easy to wipe down and be used again. I also love that it can be used in the oven and stove top, very useful!
I'm getting a great use out of this hot plate everyday. Light in weight, easy to clean. Recommend for making pancakes and heating up flat bread, roti, toast etc.
We already own a heavy cast iron hotplate but it's a pain to use because it's so heavy and requires a lot of care to maintain. Bought the Essteele Per Salute Hot Plate on impulse because it was on sale. We haven't had it for long but have already used it for zucchini fritters and flat bread and it did the job really well. Better than a frying pan because you can fit more of whatever you're cooking on it, so the cooking process is quicker, which suits me. Browns nicely, unbelievably light to handle and very easy to clean. So far, I love it, looks like it's going to be a very useful addition to my kitchen.
