Estee Lauder Daywear Sheer Tint Release Advanced Multi-Protection Anti-Oxidant Moisturizer SPF 15 - 50ml

It's a terrific product, if not vastly overpriced at around $75 minimum and up to $200ea (like most "name" cosmetics - COSTmetics!) for its real ingredients' cost, est. 50c. Stupidly, Estee Lauder has withdrawn this from sale in Australia so it's necessary to go to the USA, New Zealand and even NORFOLK ISLAND!! to buy it remotely. Believed to be because Aust TGA says the SPF factor is not proven to ITS satisfaction. Clearly, E Lauder's profit from the item doesn't justify it fighting this. Morally wrong, for its customers. Great daytime moisturizing cream that you can wear alone or under make up! Gentle and hydrating, but not oily. Actually helps makeup go on more smoothly since your skin tends to soak up all the moisture out if the foundation if it's dry. Especially in wintertime. Being of combination skin, this is a great wintertime product to help protect from wind, cold, and dryness. It is a bit pricey, but if you only need it in the winter, we'll worth it!

Brilliant tinted moisturiser

I don't like the feeling of foundation on my skin - Tint Relief was recommended to me and I have now been wearing it everyday for several years. A little goes a long way so it's excellent value for money. The tint is light and absorbs well changing to match your skin tone. I've received many compliments to say how 'well' I look so it's doing something to improve my face! Wear with some mascara and lipstick and you're ready to 'face' the day.

IT WORKS!

I was initially very sceptical about this product, despite the positive reviews it had received.It's a frightening greyish white colour when you squeeze it out of the tube. I thought I had made an expensive mistake, but once applied to your skin, it takes on a natural looking glow which lasts all day.It works both as an excellent, moisturiser/ foundation and I use it instead of any additional tinted products, apart from a bit of blusher on my cheeks.I am in my 70's and prefer a more natural look. For anyone who prefers more coverage, then this product may not be for you.

It's Magic!!

I don't like to wear full-coverage foundation as I find it too heavy but there are times when I could so with a little coverage. And for this, I find Estée Lauder DayWear perfect. It's like a tinted moisturiser which blends perfectly and "magically" to my skin tone. How does it know what colour I need it to be? I have no idea. But whether it be in the summer when my face is tanned, r in the winter when I'm paler, it blends in beautifully. It's quite a small tube but a little goes a long way so it's really good value. I love it and it's one of my mak-up bag "must haves"

It's not just DayWear!

This is a great product I have been using it for a while now. It' is one of my staple beauty products, it makes my skin fill soft and silky without feeling greasy. I wear this product all year round, on its own or under my foundation as a primer. Its great on holiday to even out your skin tone and gives you a bit of colour without feeling heavy. it's nice and light on your skin in the hot weather and I finish the look with a splash of colour tint on my lips and some waterproof mascara. Love it!

This product is amazing, I have been using it for better than a couple of years now. I do not like foundation, but sometimes I want my skin looking a little extra and this delivers. This product does not cover like a foundation but it does make a good complexion look like a perfect and glowing one, and as though I have nothing in at all. The tint is genius. It comes out of the tube as a very pale blue/white cream. If you blend it on your skin and also on someone else’s skin and wipe off with a tissue...the developed color is different?!! I have a fair olive complexion that is nearly impossible to match with mixing different shades. 365 days a year this product is a perfect match. It also lends a very healthy natural glow, I always receive compliments on my skin when I wear this.Tip: If I do have a blemish I use a pressed powder foundation in a lighter shade on the blemish before applying this product. If I still see it then I dab a tiny bit more pressed powder and blend by dabbing a finger. This product easily blends even well after application time.The trick is not to use too much and if you have dry skin apply a small amount of non-tinted moisturizer first before this product. But not a heavy one or you’ll be too shiny.I find that if I use about two, pea-sized drops that’s best.

Magical

Many years ago at an Estée Lauder make up demonstration, the beautician promoted this product and it has changed my whole make up routine forever!!Having fair skin, it totally transforms my appearance to always sun- kissed as if by magic..... from a turquoise cream to miraculously adding subtle colour and interest to my skin!!The addition of a little bronzer gently brushed over on top and I'm good to go-- simple, easy and effective!Thank you so much for this product-- please don't ever stop making it or run out!!!!I have recommended it to sooooo many people too!!

Natural dewy glow to the skin

I have been using this product for many years since it first came out. I love the dewy soft illuminant finish that it gives to the skin. I use it on its own in the summer months, and in the winter, I use it under other foundations. When using it under other foundations the finish is amazing, and less foundation is needed for the acquired effect. It is ago to product that I would not be without in my make up bag. I highly recommend this product.

Terrible tint colour

I’m giving this two stars because the consistency is nice, it smells nice and I’m grateful it comes in a travel size so I didn’t have to buy the full size version. Other than that I’m really not a fan. It doesn’t make my skin look any more moisturised or healthy and the tint colour is awful! I have warm fair skin that tans easily, and it makes me look jaundiced! Definitely not a “one shade suits all” situation. I don’t want to waste it so I’m mixing it with my normal moisturiser, which helps but is fairly annoying considering the price of the product. I normally like Clinique but this one was a swing and a miss for me.
