All packed perfectly well and the customer service was terrific. Especially given the trying click and collect setup. The only sad bit is that I found out later that it doesn't fit the bowl that I intended it for. So now will have to do something else with it. Is it possible to return it for a credit against a future purchase?

What a bargain and it works great. Very easy to install and the instructions were informative and easy to follow. I didn’t fit the link pipe cover as I had to mount it higher due the height of the cistern cock on the wall. It still looks ok without the cover. Fantastic replacement for an older toilet, I will be fitting one of these in my other bathroom also.

This is a good quality and a ridiculously cheap answer to replace an aging or broken cistern.In my case a 20 yo Fowler where all the plastic had deteriorated and looked terrible.The install is simple and straight forward if you have any plumbing or handyman skills and it performs better than the original.But…. I’m only giving it 3 stars because the stupid sticker they put on the front of the cistern takes longer to remove than the installation itself.I know this is not uncommon and not limited to just this item, but it’s as frustrating as hell why manufacturers don’t put stickers on their products that are easy to remove and don’t leave residue.If you buy one of these, also buy a can of brake cleaner and get a couple of rags.

Easy install and a good cheap replacement.Main issue is the water mark sticker doesn't remove easily from the system and left a permanent mark on the cistern.Luckily in our case it was a temporary fix as we are renovating the bathroom at a later date but disappointing nonetheless
Easy install. Product information a bit lacking. A flush pipe kit is included, but this was not apparent from the packaging, so I bought a flush pipe kit which I didn't need and will return. Installation leaflet does not contain enough dimensions. 'Soft close' feature is too stiff, but can be removed by pulling two pins. Sticky labels on the cistern are difficult to remove and require soaking with eucalyptus oil. Fix the soft close and change to temporary adhesive labels and the product would be perfect.
Just fitted my new Estilo Cistern and seat, took me about 4 hours all up, but had to remove old wall lining and replace with new Aqua gib and Hardy Groove. Extremely please with ease of fitting and good quality product. Probably won't last as long as the old cistern but does the job very well. Great flush and pretty quiet. Would highly recommend for a cheap upgrade and easy DIY fit.
1985 build home and cistern began leaking. This was the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to fix . No plumber required . It's stoopid easy to install. Bare in mind size of existing bowl. The 'half flush' just doesn't have the volume of water required. So it's always FULL flush. Not efficient
Good Product Overall, not sure about lifespan yet, just installed.Tank is quite narrow and needed to repaint where old tank and screws were wider than this new one.Quality seems good for a lower cost product, seat and lid close quietly.Fit and Finish is great overall.Could use a better manual for installation showing how to cut the parts and fit them.
So far so good. Easy install using gib fixings. Allows for retrofitting non standard installation distances. !!! Getting stickers off is only downside, penetrating oil got gum off, iso alcohol cleaned oil off.
Once assembled this replacement unit looks smart, is small, refills in 30 secs (full flush) and is fairly quiet. For the price it’s a bargain. I found positioning and installing the bracket the trickiest part, after that cutting the elbow pipe to fit correctly. If you’re reasonably handy, you don’t need a plumber, even for a beginner DIYer, simply turn off the water inlet tap next to the toilet and follow the instructions
