I have been experiencing the WORST pms symptoms for my last 4 cycles. It would start 10 days before my period and I would be in so much pain. I decided to try this product and I'm currently 9 days away from my period and totally symptom free. I haven't changed anything else so I'm putting it down to the evening primrose oil. I highly recommend it.

I had heard about this for a while, but didn't think it would work. After seeing it around, I decided to give it a go and I'm so glad that I did! Not that I am always moody, but I have benefited from taking this everyday (even my boyfriend and sister have commented on how I've been in a good mood and I'm putting it down to this). I have also noticed improvement in my skin. Will recommend this to everyone.

Amazing product. After years of fibrocystic breasts, much worse premenstrually, these capsules reduced my symptoms dramatically.
Most impressed with this product. First time I've used Evening Primrose Oil. On 1st bottle and my skin dryness has dramatically improved. Only taking 2 a day.
These seems to be working for me mood wise, has helped clear up my skin some as I have dermatitis. I really dislike the size of them and having to take 2-3 is a real struggle but I really don’t like having to sallow big pills so for others this may not be an issues
The naturopath recommended this for my skin issues. They are huge and difficult to swallow. I haven't noticed any difference after finishing a bottle. Won't repurchase.
