NOTE: from the ORDER, not even from the receipt of package!Unfortunately, despite that the item was barely, BARELY touched and despite that I abided by the return policy strictly, customer service pointed me to a return request form that told me the product was ineligible for return. It gave no reason for the decision, and I am not sure what to do now.I don't even want to resell these to another person, because I don't want to subject them to this company, it has been one of the most abysmal customer service experiences I've had in recent memory.Will look into a legal suit against the company, perhaps, but BUYER BEWARE.Ettitude are not what they say they are. Their products are not very high quality, and their service will make you wish you had a legal team with you during the check out process.

The sateen sheets are soft, silky, and cool. I am happily walking away from cotton forever. I washed in cold water on the delicate cycle and dried on the delicate cycle, low heat. They did not pill or wrinkle. The queen fitted sheet is a hair too big for my mattress and doesn't stay as taut as I'd like, but that's a small nit to pick. A word about color: the moss and almond colors are deeper and richer than are shown on the website; canyon is as depicted. The almond in particular is more of a copper / terra cotta shade. These are gorgeous, rich, jewel tones, I am completely in love with the colors. I am completely in love with the sheets. Worth every penny. I am a customer for life. Great idea at first. Fabric is super soft and smooth on bedding. But after one washing, following their specific directions for washing and drying; all the bed sheets / duvet covers come out with a streaky look over them and it doesn’t go away after drying. Bedding is starting to pill up after three times washing. at first customer service was great and replaced the first set of bedding. But this is how it is with all the bedding I purchased from them and can’t return. Around the same time, before I knew the bedding would be such a problem; purchased many bath towels sets for my family with matching colored bath robes only to find out that bath robes colors were being discontinued and couldn’t return towels due to sanitary reasons?
