I recently moved somewhere with humid summers and, unluckily for our household, the AC in our apartment building is under repair for all of summer. We upgraded to these ettitude signature sateen sheets because I finally decided to bite the bullet and get bamboo sheets to see if they were truly more cool than standard bedsheets and I am thoroughly impressed! I'm a hot sleeper and while it didn't actually actively cool me while sleeping, the sheets provided a cover on my body that didn't trap all of my body heat! I've always been skeptical about sheets saying they have a cooling effect but these sheets turned me into a believer. They're definitely pricey, but worth the splurge for us. especially with how high quality they are! We've already washed them 3 times (first when it arrived, and twice after use) and they retain the silky softness :)I'm definitely taking extra care of these sheets by strictly following the care / wash instructions because of the price, but I feel like it was so worth the investment.Note, if you like crisp, unwrinkled sheets, these will likely not be for you! However, even though they wrinkle, they don't feel stiff or bunched up at all which I absolutely love!!

Great idea at first. Fabric is super soft and smooth on bedding. But after one washing, following their specific directions for washing and drying; all the bed sheets / duvet covers come out with a streaky look over them and it doesn’t go away after drying. Bedding is starting to pill up after three times washing. at first customer service was great and replaced the first set of bedding. But this is how it is with all the bedding I purchased from them and can’t return. Around the same time, before I knew the bedding would be such a problem; purchased many bath towels sets for my family with matching colored bath robes only to find out that bath robes colors were being discontinued and couldn’t return towels due to sanitary reasons? Around the same time, before I knew the bedding would be such a problem; purchased many bath towels sets for my family with matching colored bath robes only to find out that bath robes colors were being discontinued and couldn’t return towels due to sanitary reasons? What?? I will not be purchasing from this company, an expensive lesson on my part! I have spent thousands of dollars with this company! And to top it off, there is no phone number for customer service. It’s all done via email. It takes weeks to get anything done! And then what you wanted to exchange it for i.e., a smaller bathrobe size in the same color it is out of stock! I’m furious! I would like to return everything I bought from them!

I don’t know how this company is still in business. Every product I have bought from them has been China made garbage. After just one wash these sheets are faded, ripping, pilling, and insanely wrinkled. They look and feel worse than all of the sheet sets I’ve bought from Walmart for the dog shelters. Also, these sheets are definitely NOT temperature regulating or cooling, and the fabric is very thin and does not fit a king tempurpedic mattress .On top of the terrible quality of Ettitude’s products, the company’s representatives are useless. They do nothing to resolve the issues at hand and constantly make excuses for all of the false claims and advertising. As I said, I can’t believe this company is surviving. Biggest crooks I’ve ever seen.
