I had to write a review of this because it is so good. I bought this last week online here. Box arrived sealed, "please see instructions inside" but no leaflet. Nozzle under cap seemed sealed and on the brand site it seems to indicate you have to remove some seal. Eventually got a response from brand site to say you just pump a few times and product appears. Well been pumping for 5 mins at a time and still no product. Tried Superdrug chat help, took 6 hours to get a response of "sorry can we have your email" and nothing since then. £15 later no product, no help.

My skin is also a combination of dry and oily which can make finding suitable products quite tricky. I have been using Eucerin AntiREDNESS Soothing Care for just over one week and I absolutely love it! It started to work almost instantly in reducing redness. The cream is not greasy and blends into the skin really well, leaving it lovely and soft. The smell is slight but pleasant and only a small amount is required. Good afternoon. I order this cream all the time. This is the first time I have ordered from you. After I opened the cream, I immediately realised that there was a problem with its smell. It smells like machine oil. I ordered two copies from you. And I opened the second one right away. The second one is in the same condition. Since I order these creams regularly, I can definitely tell that they're out of order. Either you store them wrong or there's some other problem with them. They stink and I'm afraid to put them on my face. I don't know what I can do with them now. But they're not fine.

I picked this up on a whim and I honestly am amazed. My face is so soft and plump, my skin feels so hydrated without the product being greasy or sticky - perfect under makeup. I have combination skin and my redness is mostly due to blood vessels and environmental factors - so I can't expect this product to help with my redness but the hydration will help with inflammed patches from dryness
I don’t usually write reviews, however this product significantly has helped my skin. I suffer from very red hyperpigmentation after a breakout and this is the only thing that helps to clear that redness quickly. This is the first thing I had tried from this brand, it was a recommendation from a friend who suffers with rosacea and also is a huge fan of this product. I’ve re-purchased three times. It takes a moment to pump out the cream as the packaging is very tightly sealed but this isn’t an issue. I am excited to try other products from this brand.
My extremely reactive skin has finally been soothed. I’ve tried over 5 moisturisers in the past 2 months after Bering diagnosed with rosacea and even the most sensitive skin friendly gave me a rash like reaction. I was very nervous to try another skincare product and was expecting my red bumps to worsen as I was applying it. This is the first product I’ve tried that has visibly decreased the inflammation within minutes of application, it made me tear up.
I don’t know what skin condition I have or if it’s just highly sensitive skin. I always have redness around my mouth and a little around my brows anything seemed to burn it and make it itch, any moisturiser, cream, serum… even sweat! I used this the moment it came and it didn’t burn at all, not a tingle! Whether it starts to lessen redness overtime we’ll see but the fact it doesn’t burn makes it the best thing I’ve bought! It is expensive so I’d suggest using this on your problem areas and then a generic fragrance free cream everywhere else to not use as much but I would 10/10 recommend it… and I’ve only used it once!
The below combination has massively helped my redness, sensitivity and dehydration. I started noticing a difference after a couple of days.Morning and night:1. La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser (remove with cool water)2. Bioderma Sensibio AR Cream (spread between palms and press gently on to skin)3. Eucerin Anti-Redness Soothing Care Cream (spread between palms and press gently on to skin, after the Bioderma AR cream)4. Suncream in morning onlyThe Eucerin cream has quite a thick texture, but is not heavy. Probably ok on its own straight after cleansing if your skin is not very dehydrated. For me, layering over the Bioderma Sensibio AR added the perfect amount of extra hydration.
