This is one of my first steps for the creation of my smart house. 4 stars because I couldn’t connect to wifi after the initial set up. Contacted support and after a few days of back and forward the issue was fixed by a firmware update that was pushed directly from eufy. So be aware of that possible issue. All in all i would definitely buy it again.

The eufy E110 is a great value, easy set up and the app is really very functional. I think it will make for a great updated security feature for our home. I especially like the option to add users, select an additional Admin and add and edit a schedule to users who need access.One thing to note-additional physical keys cannot be made. I stopped by two hardware stores and a professional lock smith and they couldn’t cut a key. I called eufy support and was told the keys are for emergency use only and so cannot be copied.This means we’ll have to have one key for a family member and then to hide the additional key in a secure location in case the batteries fail or the Wi-Fi goes down. The media could not be loaded.My favorite lock. Smartclock,yes ! The best thing is programming the lock is easy as 123,with the eufy app . Love the wifi and Bluetooth features. I can monitor lock from my phone anywhere. Goggle voice works great , simply say hey Goggle unlock the door, it will ask your pass code before it actually unlocks. Install was a breeze with a screwdriver. If you want a top quality, easy to use lock, buy it!!EUFY , HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have 4 of these locks on my house and two other eufy smart locks. Every day, when the sun first shines on the two locks that face East, they start to beep as if the keypad is being pressed randomly. I deduced the issue to the keypad being so sensitive that when the film on it deflects due to the sun's heat, it pushed the buttons and makes them beep. This does not cause any permanent or otherwise undersired behavior aside from the beeping, so not a huge deal - except that it scares the heck out of who ever is home when the door starts beeping. Otherwise, a great smart lock. I hope Eufy comes out with a firmware update that counteracts the issue.
This took 15 minutes to install and works flawlessly. We connected this door lock to our Google Home. Having the option to lock and unlock the door by voice is pretty awesome. We also added it to our "Goodnight" routine so now the door automatically locks by a certain time every single day/night. I also like the "Auto Lock" feature so you can set it up to lock automatically after a certain period of time. Just fantastic all around for the price.
This is my second purchase. Loved the first one so much ordered another one for my back door.I was able to remove old lock, install, connect to wifi and test it out within 20 minutes of its arrival. Very easy to install and hook up start to finish. Looks grrat against my white door and no trouble accessing it from my phone.The price was right, I was able to buy both ON SALE.This purchase completed my system (video door bell, outdoor cameras and now 2 door locks). Love eufy!
Just installed this today. So far so good. the app connects well and is relatively quick. The only downfall I noticed is that when youre locking it from the outside with the touch panel is you have to hold it for several seconds in order to lock it. Would prefer if it locked instantly. No wifi bridge required!
So far seems to be a really good product. With that said the paper work that comes with the door lock doesn't do a great job of explaining the actual key pad. I had dig a deeper than necessary to add a user and an additional code. The Eufy website does have a decent FAQ section which I utilized to find answers to my questions. We'll see how it goes long term but I feel this is a decent lock.
I have been looking for a Deadbolt that I can operate remotely. I did not want to buy an extra Wi-Fi hub, and I did not want it just to work on bluetooth. This deadbolt was easy to install, the app is user friendly and has a lot of nice features. Originally purchased one at Menards for $169, it was complicated to install and the app was tricky. This is so much better and less expensive.
This is a great lock as a whole and I enjoy the auto lock function because it takes away the worry of forgetting to lock the door when I leave. One thing that needs improvement though is the Eufy security app, which I rarely use because the screen to unlock/lock is too many clicks the get to. By the time I unlock my phone, open the app, select my lock, and swipe to unlock/lock, it is quicker to just input the code manually on keypad. Hopefully Eufy will implement a widget(android) for this or even better somehow use bluetooth or NFC to unlock when I reach the door. Luckily something like this can be pushed through software.
