This is my second Eufy S11. I've had one that I purchased about five years ago, and when the battery died I ordered another one right away. It is nice to have a new one that runs so quietly. I was a little surprised because the old one had two side brushes and now it comes with just one side brush. I would hate to be without Eufy because she just goes and goes. I would NEVER vacuum for an hour and a half but Eufy just works and never complains like a girlfriend would. There are more expensive models but this one works perfectly in my house. I'm so glad I only went a couple days without Efuy cleaning the dust from under my bed.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased the same exact model at the end of 2022 from Amazon, which is the eufy 11s slim model %23 T2108, and my robovac had two brushes on either side of it like it shows in the video! I just got the new one that I ordered 2 days that was on sale for the great price of $99. However, it only has one rotating side brush! I called Eufy customer service and was informed that the Eufy Design Team changed the design, but they did not change the model number or the video for this model.Customers like myself who purchased this "redesigned" model thinking they're going to get the same exact item I feel have been misled! I don't know how that can be as effective as two with one on each side like the 1st one I purchased. I'm not happy with my purchase, however, I'm going to give it a try and see if it works as well as the one with the two brushes and if it doesn't I'm returning it and trying a different brand.

My husband was shocked at how much fine dust was picked up by the Eufy two days after I last swept the hard floors. This cute little robot is like a sleeping dog, with the orange breathing recharge light. The Eufy is so much quieter than my traditional vacuum, which is relatively quiet for push vacuums. My husband does not mind the minimal noise he hears while Eufy cleans the floor around him as he watches TV, even using BoostIQ or Max suction settings (which are slightly louder). I found this Eufy very easy to set up. It was easy to access and clean out the dust bin and filters. My house is extremely dusty with forced air heat and open soffets, so I need to clean the bin and filters each time, but it is less of a hassle than my traditional vacuum. My house is extremely dusty with forced air heat and open soffets, so I need to clean the bin and filters each time, but it is less of a hassle than my traditional vacuum. Eufy navigates very well over thresholds and from hard floors to rugs to carpeted rooms. My only complaint is that Eufy requires a full three feet of clearance on both sides, along with the recommendation to place it on a hard surface against a wall, to get back to its charging station. I really have only one place that fits the bill in my house, and that place makes it kind of in the way. It tends to prefer hard floors over carpet, and frustratingly goes over the same areas too much, while missing other areas if left unattended. However, Eufy is very responsive to remote control signaled change of directions, so, if I watch it, I can steer the Eufy over the missed areas with the remote control. It is somewhat forgiving on large thick cords, but does get stuck on skinny cords, so watch out. The remote control icons do not match the icons in the owners manual. I contacted Eufy's customer service, and the customer care engineer who answered my call was American and from Eufy corporate in Washington state. He was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me advice. You need to press hard to get the side brush to snap in place, and the Eufy really needs the appropriate clearance to find its way back to its charging port. Be advised that Eufy will require regular maintenance and a few filter changes during the year. It is too soon for me to see how often and how expensive filter replacements are. All in all, on my first trip around with this Eufy model, I am pretty happy with it. It does not have the navigation capacity more expensive models have. However, it navigates wonderfully around edges, furniture and other obstacles, tapping them ever so slightly and getting itself out of jams by itself. It did get stuck on two cords I had to rescue it from, and did get stuck under a bed in a carpeted bedroom, which was scary. Once I could tap it from under the bed, it got itself unstuck. This model was on sale at Walmart, so the price was right for me. It is a good value, and its everyday vacuuming will at least get a lot of dust off the floor that I would not, since I do not sweep the floors daily. I recommend this model as a starter vacuum robot.

This is a game changer. With two dogs we needed to vacuum every day. With eufy running in the area of the house where the dogs are, I only need to do a whole house vacuum once a week. We have eufy run every evening. My husband frequently runs a quick cycle in the mornings. He loves clean floors. This vacuum has been well used. I needed to replace a wheel after almost a year of daily use. The customer service representative was friendly, efficient and very helpful. The wheel arrived on time and because it was within the warranty period ( only by a week) there was no charge. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in quite a while. So, great product and great customer service. I highly recommend this product and company.
I was skeptical about purchasing a robovac especially with such diverse prices from $100 to over $1000 for some. I reserched all kinds of brands and ended up with the 11S MAX. When I received it I was excited to try it only hoping for adequate at best since it was a starting model. All I can say is I was amazed at the result. First, it's maiden voyage was at Christmas with a tree and decorations throughout the house. This unit negotiated itself through the maze of things and the amount it picked up was scary. Everyday this unit had significant debris in the in the container. I thought it must be missing areas that it catches on different nights. So I steam mopped the entire area (all wood floors in my home) to make sure the floor had NO MISSED SPOTS. I told my wife I can't believe how much dirt must have been in the house before my Eufy! My floors NEVER feel gritty or dirty any longer. Everywhere I walk it feels immaculate. It glides QUIETLY throught the house and always is back in it's charger in the morning and it covers about 1500 square feet. When I finish my lower level the first thing I will do is get another Eufy to clean that floor. Great quality and great results. Buy with Confidence.
For the discounted price I got, this is a good unit. I was impressed with its ability to navigate over obstacles such as carpet edges and door sills. The first time I used it, I had vacuumed my home only a few days earlier, including under furniture and beds. Irregardless, the Eufy still filled up its refuse container twice in its first pass around my home. While the manual says "up to 100 minutes of battery life", I've yet to get past 70 minutes. Could be that my home is about 60% area rugs and that may be more taxing on the motor and battery life than bare floors. I do wish the unit had a bit more smarts (situational awareness) rather than relying entirely on a random orbit procedure to navigate, seems to waste a lot of energy and battery life repeating passes ... MoreFor the discounted price I got, this is a good unit. I do wish the unit had a bit more smarts (situational awareness) rather than relying entirely on a random orbit procedure to navigate, seems to waste a lot of energy and battery life repeating passes over locations that it has already done and getting out of confining situations (which it has done successfully, but requires some iterations and repeats of errors). The Eufy just barely gets through vacuuming my downstairs (kitchen plus four rooms and hallway, maybe 800 square feet) before needing a recharge. It can help to give the unit a "hint", placing it in a room that needs vacuuming if needed. All this being said, I am impressed with the ability of the Eufy to do a good vacuuming job, especially under furniture, beds, etc., places which are difficult to vacuum manually. I would buy this unit again
We have had this six weeks and I love it. This is our first robot vac, we use it primarily on wood floors with some area rugs. It does require some supervision, it can get hung up on thresholds between our rooms and on extension cords. To keep it working in an area so it won't go from room to room I will put shoes or coolers in the doorway. It picks up cat fur and wood stove debris well among other things. The roller isn't too hard to clean and the pan is okay to empty although the hole is a little small but I find shaking it or pulling out the cat fur/dust bunny fluff does the trick and it empties well. It's fun to watch, charges well and I recommend it.
I'd never had a robo vac before but I couldn't keep up with my dog's shedding. I could vacuum one day and the next day, there was hair everywhere. I researched carefully and this vacuum best met my criteria without breaking the bank. I have mostly carpet with linoleum in the kitchen, bath, etc. The vac runs quietly and my reactive dog was able to tolerate it after a few days. I have it automatically set to run every evening and the next day, my carpet and floors look great. I even think I'm breathing better now. I clean it out after every use with the tool provided (yes, he sheds that much) and it's ready to use again. I especially like that I can buy almost every part that wears out as time goes by. Very glad I bought it.
This is a great introduction robot vacuum if you just want to see if owning one is beneficial. At first I was in love with it seeing all the help with keeping dog hair off the floor. After having it for 2 years, the issues are just beyond annoying. It always gets stuck under furniture, everytime. So much so that I've stopped going to look for it. Some times I let it be lost for 2 weeks before I even think to find it. It doesn't avoid anything so it errors out consistently when it sucks up anything in it's path it shouldn't have like a sock or something for the dogs... anything. At this point it no longer makes it back to the base on its own to recharge. It's been forever since I've seen it do that. Also, there is no rhyme or reason to how it cleans. It doesn't clean ... MoreThis is a great introduction robot vacuum if you just want to see if owning one is beneficial. It doesn't clean line by line to cover the entire floor. It will start in one spot in one room then take off in a zig zag to another room right up under furniture to get stuck. If you want something you do not have to babysit, this is not the one.
After about a month's use, we're pleased with Alfy (yes, we renamed it Alfy). We don't use all the functions - just turn it on and set it loose in various rooms. Negotiates obstacles well, gets under the beds (which we LOVE), and returns to it's port when battery runs low. It's a little noisy, but it's a vacuum cleaner after all. We do have to remove any cords from the floor - but that seems reasonable. It's very easy to empty it after each use, and remove gunk from the brush. No pets here, so can't speak to pet hair. Glad we didn't pay 3 times as much for a Roomba. Satisfied!
