I found if I apply just before I go to bed and put on a pair of socks it works better to penetrate into your skin better. If you can wear socks and sneakers until your feet can recover it all helps for them.

I've used Heel Balm for a year or so now, and can highly recommend it. Very effective, Easy to use, & my feet are now really comfortable.
Helped remove deep cracks in my heels after about 1-2 weeks of regular use.
This used to be an excellent product but it now doesn’t work much at all. I’ve been using it for two weeks, twice daily and my feet have got perhaps 10% better. I emailed the company and they confirmed that they changed the formulation. They said there was nothing wrong with the product so wouldn’t give a refund. Don’t buy! Platinum heel balm is supposed to be good so I’ll be trying that next.
I have found that Eulactol Heel balm has saved the heels of my feet. The balm works really well and I no longer have cracked heels especially when socks are worn after applying.
I bought this a few weeks back after hearing great things - with in 2 days my feet / heels were the smoothest they have been in years. The skin feels amazing, the cracks have gone & I'm not confident wearing backless shoes again. I could not recommend this product enough!!!! It works like magic.
