This office chair comes flat packed so some basic assembly is needed. You get everything you need inside the box including the fixing tools. I competed the assembly on my own and it took me around 30 mins, i found the instructions to be fairly clear and accurate. Once assembled the chair looks super smart. The seat cushion is a little hard at first, but i suspect once it has been used for a few weeks it will soften up. The back is a really comfortable mesh which allows for air to circulate around your body. At the bottom of the back rest is a lumber support cushion which flexes as you move - i really liked this addition as i felt like the bottom of my back was well supported. The chairs height and position can be fully adjusted using the arms underneath the seat.In summary this is a very well made chair which looks great in our small home office. Very pleased with this product.

This chair is decent. It's definitely not the best chair I've ever sat on, but in the same time it's not the worst chair I've ever experienced. It's just alright.The instruction were pretty clear. It took me around 30 mins to put it together. It came nicely packaged, each part was individually wrapped. It comes with all hardware needed and some spare ones just in case.The lift and armrests work well. The seat is cushioned and the backrest is mesh for breathability and air flow. The chair has a rocking feature. The lumbar support is adjustable.I do think it's a bit pricey for a basic chair. I think you should be able to get something of the same quality for much less.

Everything was packaged individually and was labelled efficiently. Instructions were simple to follow and the whole component was built in no more than 6 steps. Attaching the arms was probably the trickiest part so needed a second pair of hands to steady them but otherwise it was a very easy assemble. The cushion is incredibly soft and comfortable and wide enough for me to sit cross legged (5”3). The arm rests adjust with the option to use them or move them back entirely. The only function I can’t seem to work out is if the back reclines at all. It seems to ever so slightly but not sure if that’s just me pushing it. Back support feels good, extra padding for lower back which is mobile.
