EuroChef 2800W Electric Meat Grinder Mincer Sausage Filler Kibbe Maker

This purchase was most disappointing. It took 45 minutes to grind 700 grams of chuck steak and half of it ended up wrapped around the barrel. It did not grind sinew and emulsified any fat in the meat. From my perspective this product does not work as advertised. Please advise me of your returns policy as I would like to send the product back!

I have only used the meat mincing function, but that has worked very well. Initial setup instructions could be a little clearer, but apart from that it seems a straightforward appliance to use. I am very happy with the purchase.

Machine is very lightweight, which has its pros and cons. Very impressed with the way it easily grinds meat. Sausage maker will take some practice. To make sausages grind the ingredients just once as they are ground again when filling the skins.I followed the directions and oiled the blades before use. No black stuff and the noise level is exactly what you would expect of a high powered machine.Provided it keeps working I think it is great value for money and a practical way to see if sausage making is for me without investing a lot of money.

I have used this mincer, twice only.Frankly these device doesn't work at all, photos shows how the mincer poor a job. I think why the mincer doesn't work of the blunt blades.

Perhaps I expected a more "robust" grinder than this model delivers. It had a tough time grinding opaque muscle tissue and got bogged down frequently. Only when I trimmed all fat and muscle tissue from the meat to be ground, and then added separate fat trim did it perform reasonably well.

I wanted to make rissoles and sausage rolls to my own recipe's. The types of meat I had chosen worked well, including the fine cut. Other cuts of meats are still being tested.Product is working fine.

Some part of the item is rusted after first wash, just used the normal dishwasher. I contacted the seller, they advised it is because of incorrect product care process. However, the other parts is still okay after wash, who can explain why only that two parts have been rusted?

Best most price, superior specification

We chose this item from Harvey Norman after trolling the Internet for a long time and comparing models from many suppliers end specification and prices.This particular Mincer and many others was available, it was the most powerful and well built in the price range and Harvey Norman had these in stock at the most competitive price of all. Delivery was effective very promptly and in our case included in the advertised price.

Disappointing

To be honest this meat grinder doesn’t do a very good job. For starters the meat needs to be cut into very small pieces and then while using the grinder the meat gets stuck very easily so I have to take it apart and clean/unblock it and then start again. While it does actually mince the meat well it takes forever so it’s not effortless. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Euro chef multi mincer

It does the job, it is a bit noisy but works well as long as you don’t screw on everything too tight and add a bit of oil throughout to really get a good quality mince. It’s not for everyday use which makes it perfect for those small amounts of mince.
