Don't purchase Euromaid appliances! We bought an EW50 from Harvey Norman and it has broken 3 times in 2 years, warranty process is long and arduous. The oven has just gone out of warranty, and will no longer work. Please save your money and buy a reputable brand with better customer service. The oven temperature never really worked, or was never accurate. Hot plates take forever to heat up. The appliance is flimsy at best.

The door hinges stopped holding the door closes after just one week and now the door doesn't shut properly and it bakes with an uneven heat
I'm really happy with this product. Perfect size for my small kitchen and so far so good. Delivery was timely and the product was really well packaged for delivery.
I bought this oven two months ago to replace a very old chef oven that we inherited when we bought our house. It took a while to get used to having different options when using the oven but now I've worked it all out it's great. The elements are a bit slow to heat but work well once they've heated up. It's good value for the price
I havent had electric stoves before so I may just be spoiled by gas, but the hobs are either too hot (so boiling whats on top) or too cold (cant reach a simmer). They also take a really long tome to cool down once turned off. Oven seems decent so far, has a few different settings which are handy.
I bought a new stove and the deliverers removed all the packaging, then when it was installed one of the balance feet was missing. Rang the company and they promised to send a replacement. One month later, the stove still wobbles as no replacement for the missing piece arrived. The stove works ok but wobbles.
We bought this Oven in June and since then we have to plan 40 minutes ahead if we want to use it. The temperature is very inconsistent, sometimes its 30 degrees too hot and then other times its 20 degrees lower than it should be. I had to purchase an oven thermometer to check the temperature because food was taking a long time to cook. I have emailed Euromaid to highlight the issues we're having and a week later I have not received a response. The oven is cheap and not worth it, spending that little extra is worth it in this case.
Bought this for my parents in the country, we needed a small oven as the width was very narrow.Mums very happy with the product and both my parents were super happy with the delivery & installation although, the Good Guys salesperson forgot to book the delivery and installation guys so we waited almost 2 weeks extra. That's why I deducted 1 star.
