Delivery was fast and prompt!However box was too big for my familyof 4. Wanted to return it and change to the 47l but didn’t realize that I had to bear the return cost. Should have checked the sizing better.Box didn’t seem to be able to keep cool that well. Expected to be able to keep ice blocks and ice cream well enough at least for a day or two given the price paid for it but it all melted after one day. Not sure if it’s well worth the money as a friend has aDometic brand and works really well as well and price is less than a hundred bucks.

Our first purchase of this ice box arrived and I tested it by filling with water, and the bung leaked. So I contacted snowys via the warranty page, and they were super quick with the returns process. We debated whether to buy the same icebox again, and decided to give it a go, as this was the perfect size for us, dimension and volume wise. It arrived in record time! And no leaks. We took it camping and were impressed that it kept everything at or below 4C or for 5 days. We used techniice packs and a heap of pre-cooked frozen food in containers. Day 6 temp rose to around 8C and day 7 when we were heading home, was around 18C. Super impressed it lasted that long. Looking forward to a 10 day trip with this icebox. Tough, terrific & multi purpose. This icebox is used for on the back of our utes. It gets taken to BBQ’s and used as a seat. Tall bottles stand up allowing you to fit more inside. Shape make it easy to stack around, and handles are sturdy.Fantastic.

I’ve taken this icebox to 2 festivals now, still performed well in 38 degree weather over New Years, better than any other esky at the camp site, and worked even better in 24 degree weather in the Grampians in March. Expensive but worth the money.
Great size for a weekend away. I do like the easy clean ability. Being Australian made will always get my vote!
