I am obsessed with these mats! I feel like baking paper is something you can easily blow through and these ensure you aren't being very single use.I highly recommend them for bakers and anyone who uses baking paper and an oven often.The only downside (but I don't think deserves a star reduction) is they can be a little annoying to wash thoroughly. My best way is to fill the small sink with boiling hot and soapy water and put them in, then spend time scrubbing it in sections.It sounds arduous but it doesn't take that long!Any burnt on gunk comes off very easily too, due to being silicone and I believe a bit non stick.

I purchased the silicone baking mats last year and have been using them since, especially when baking biscuits, but also for vegetables. Their size perfectly fit my baking trays.A friend came over and noticed their quality and mentioned that she needed new silicone baking mats.Perfect Christmas gift for my friend who is an excellent cook and already has everything she needs :)

Love this product! Purchased about 8 months ago and use weekly. The dark grey colour is great as they don't show stains as much (only a few stains). Only downside is they are sometimes tricky to clean being flimsy in the sink but a wipe with a damp cloth on a flat surface does the trick! Would highly recommend.

I bake a lot of my meals and am constantly using baking paper to protect my trays. I really started to worry about what I was doing to the environment. I saw these and thought I’d give them a go. I wasn’t expecting them to be as good as baking paper but I was shocked to find that they are better! They are non-stick, and very easy to clean & dry. I have baked meat, vegetables, scones & cookies on these with absolute ease. Don’t hesitate to purchase. They are a perfect substitute for baking paper which I will never use again.
