Purchased a pair for my gym class box fit. While they're ok, and do the job. The padding isn't great, they was only 10oz but in comparison to say a pair of rdx gloves they seemed a bit lightweight. So I'd recommend 14oz or above to protect your hands more. They're the cheaper end of the everlast range. Maybe that's why. But for me RDX are best value for money,I have a pair of those now and for the same price as these everlast ones the quality is so much better for your money. They're ok,but that's about it. No problems with sports direct at all, ordered loads over Christmas and never had a problem at all. I'm just saying the product isn't great for the money compared to RDX gloves.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing these gloves. I am having the same problem. I bought these gloves a few months ago. After only a short time, I thought I felt something weird going on in one of the gloves. Didn't think too much into it. At this point, however, the interior of that glove is becoming completely unraveled. You would think with this being such a common issue, either dicks wouldn't sell them, or Everlast would fix the issue. I am just outside of Dicks return policy. I guess the "quality" sporting goods they sell are only expected to last 90 days. I am just outside that threshold. The issue did start well within the 90 Days. I just didn't realize what was going on. DO NOT BUY!!!

I am a beginner that recently wanted to get into boxing. The gloves are excellent and comfortable. I got the 14oz because I saw somewhere that 14oz was sized for my hat and wt. Now that I have used them I think I should have went with the 16oz. But overall I love them and very happy with the purchase!

I bought these a month ago and the inside of the glove is already ripped. The feeling since the beginning was that the inside of the gloves were cheap. Its some sort of vinyl I think whichMaybe makes them easier to keep sanitized but it doesn’t feel right on my hands even with wraps on. If your a new boxer I would just go with a cheaper pair. I paid 75-80 for these and wasn’t happy. I’m going back to the 1910s
They are not safe for me, I had surgery on my left wrist many a years ago. The glove have an angle that points your hand inward, so when I strike with either hand the hands are slightly pointed inward, which rolls the hands in. I strike straight on, not with any kind of angle. Very unsafe for my left wrist! No problem's like this with a cheaper glove to made by Fila, my hands strike straight on like they should with no rolling of the wrist. Donated the to the gym, maybe someone will like them but I don't think so.
The reason I bought the gloves was due to the fact that I had bought the same thing just heavier prior to the current glove bought.Reason was the first pair ripped at the thumb crease. The second pairs elastic ripped after jus two times use.Poor quality for a well know name.
After using my 16 oz elite training gloves around 6 times, the interior thumb seam on one of the gloves was completely destroyed and my thumb was dangerously exposed. Thanks to Everlast’s great customer support they replaced my gloves for free. However after using the replacement gloves twice, the interior thumb seam broke again (on the opposite hand this time). This is a great company with fantastic customer service and fair prices, but I cannot imagine buying any more of their products if they break after a handful of uses.
Purchased these a little over two months ago and been giving them moderate use. Good price, fit, and look. Only thing is that on the inside near the thumb there is a tear on both gloves with what looks like a plastic bag falling out. not sure if it was just this pair but I feel that I should get more than 2 months out of 55 dollar gloves.
It’s a shame as they look good in the picture, but the quality is poor up close and I can’t see them lasting long. The Velcro loop is tiny and keeps pinging up open and a lack of padding. There are better gloves for this price range.I have some of their more expensive ones And they are great..... I just liked these green ones.
Literally TRY to find a worse glove. Cheap feel all around. They use all the same molds for every glove. They’re all the same. Cheap material, uncomfortable fit, doesn’t strap well to wrist. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
