This bag is AMAZING. What really makes this bag unique and unlike ANY other I have seen, is the ability to adjust what parts of the bag flex. You can make just the top bag flex for quick hits. Or, you can make it so the top bag is stiffer and the entire pole flexes. Or, you can do a combination of both. It is SUPER simple to adjust these settings. We use water in the base and it keeps the entire unit stationary. This absolutely exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best out there.

QUESTION BASE SET UP - Can anyone tell me how they filled the base of wet sand?, thats what I was recommended to buy. Not using water, plus the hole for the rod is too small for the funnels for sand, and slow (no good), and the inside is not open for the sand to flow easy, fill. Does someone have a suggestion what you did?. Everlast, unless I'm missing something, not the easiest to fill with sand. Wee frustrated.

A great addition to the 'home ISO gym'. Sturdy, reasonably priced and takes some punishment but not a power punching tool. Its mostly good for technique, coordination and fitness. Has good levels of adjustment and easy to put together and small enough not to take up too much space when stored. Grabbed this via click and collect which was easy and staff were helpful. Overall very happy.

Easy to set up. Changing the 3 strike settings is not that seamless, you'll have to unscrew the pole to change the bottom lock. In terms of weight + leakage - I filled mine with water (approx. 29L). Just place a cut of plastic film on before putting the cap on, and there will be no leaking. The water is definitely not enough to keep it still. Even as a relatively small stature (50kg, 160cm) and extra weights on the base (12kg) the base will rock forward after a couple minutes of punching. I have mine on a mat, so unsure if it slides. But overall, great for the price and does the job.
I bought this as an alternative to a heavy bag. While a heavy bag is good and all, it limits how you train.This has improved timing, forcing you not to strike until the right moment, and allows you to bounce around to get some head movement training, as well as increasing your accuracy as it bounces around.Overall I have used this much more than I expected, and would highly recommend it as a home training equipment to add in 3-5 min rounds into your rotation.
10 minutes into hitting the bag all logos had already peeled off. Within first half an hour the pole was already bending. Whenever using the bag, I always had to punch it the opposite way to reverse the bend making it straight again. Today it broke after a month of not everyday use with my money down the drain. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who is a technical fighter using for actual workouts.
Dealing with lockdown restrictions can be frustrating so I use this time to concentrate and focus on my skills and I have improved so much. It has helped me shed some weight and bounce around light on my feet. A great investment!!
I'm loving this strike bag! It's super nifty, fits in my small training area. It eas easy to assemble & is so fun to use - it's become a favourite part of my workout routine!*Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is the base - not quite heavy/solid enough and it slips around the floor. Apart from that it's awesome. 👌
I bought this for my son for his 16th birthday and it's been twice the gift I thought it would be. He absolutely loves it. He is getting fit AND the he can focus his frustration onto the bag. This punching bag has improved my speed and accuracy quite well, it’s multiple functionalities are quite versatile and useful, mode 1 is probably the best on increasing speed and reaction time, and mode two has done a great deal on using power and accuracy as a whole, mode 3 isn’t as useful as it could’ve been but it’s a nice little touch, as the product itself it does what it’s supposed to do and it does it well, a better alternative would be a cobra bag, but this is a great and accessible alternative. I’m pleased with the durability however the pole isn’t as strong as it could’ve been but it does the job, the water capacity isn’t ideal for big punchers but it does great with those who are novices to the sport of boxing, Muay Thai and other combat sports.
