EVLution Nutrition VitaMode - 120 Tabs

I ordered these a year and a half ago looking for a veggie alternative to supermarket brands. Take it on and off to ensure I’m getting essential nutrients. Honestly keep forgetting to take them and it’s been at least 6 months since I did until day before yesterday. Got a routine blood test and doctors office calls to say I have extremely low vitamin D levels. Any case I’d been suffering from low energy for months and chalked it up to just working from home too much and job stress etc.I would run on the hills by my house and get winded in a couple hundred feet. I did a half hour work out the next evening followed by a 45 min run/walk with my dog right after and suddenly had plenty of gas to do it. So...that was pretty amazing.I can’t be sure if it was the vitamin D or all the other stuff in there but even 5 months away from expiry this thing improved my energy and sense of well being big time. I felt calmer and more clear headed too, but that could be caused by the additional exercise as well. I'd say about a 60-70 % energy improvement in just a day! So yeah I would say these work quite well. This might be my first review written even though I read a lot of them! :)
