Exit the Game games are like an escape room in a box. They are very challenging, and make you think outside the box, ironically. LOL. Definitely pay attention to the difficulty rating. I would highly recommend starting off with a low difficulty to get used to the idea of these games, and then working your way up to the more difficult ones. Highly entertaining, makes the time fly by, really unique and challenging mental experience. I took off a star because I liked the Enchanted Forest one better than this, but both were fun to engage with.
Bought for my grandson. Looked really good didn’t realize that it was a one use game. Don’t know if my daughter returned it
Really good series of escape games, if you've done an escape room or want to, then this little boxes contain everything you need, and they're pretty tough to complete so a real test for even the most experience escape artist - the series are rated for difficulty so suitable for all. On a side note, nice to get it from Thirsty Meeples at a lower cost than Amazon, and delivered quicker than Amazon Prime did )
Everyone gets to put their cents in, always makes a great game night.
IF like Escape rooms, check these games out and play as a group. Even the the game gets destroyed while playing (single use) it is a lot cheaper than a group of 4 paying $40 bucks each for an escape room. So look at it for comparison and set a timer if you like the challenge and think you can handle it! Be forwarned, Escape rooms and games can test many relationships, in cooperation, contribution and problem solving skills, ha ha!
First one I have done of these. After getting 2 correct, I had to use hints and then the hints stopped working, went to solutions and literally could not make some of them work. This made me and my bf feel really dumb, and annoyed that some of the answers could never be uncovered.
These Exit games provide a couple hours of fun for me and my 2 teens. It's just too bad you can't reuse them or pass them on. For the price, you get one play, but I think it's worth it. Good alternative to a board game.
