This is definitely not a zero degrees sleeping bag.10 degreed at best. Have just used it for a four days this week and was cold every night except one when temp only dropped to 10 degreesMy old sleeping bag - rated +5degrees was much warmer than this explore planet bag.Very disappointed with this purchase.

I've used this bag when visiting friends, as well as camping, so I've had some experience with it in a couple different temp ranges.Using it indoors where it got down to 17 and with just my usual PJ's and no socks, quite comfortable, maybe even a little bit warm. But I would generally have my arms in the bag with my head exposed.However outdoors where the temperature got down to between 5 and 10, shirt, thermal pants, a hoodie, and an insulated air mat and I was a bit cold early morning pre-dawn. That's with the hood cinched up so only my face was exposed. Though the zips still snag on the inside lining, despite being advertised as being "anti-snag".I also had to return the first bag I bought because a strap on the compression sack was pulling out of the stitching.
