This is my highest heel so far. Due to the low platform, the heel is really high and not so easy to walk. You may need some practice before going out. That said, this sandal is suuuuuper SEXY!!! Men (and women too) will turn back to watch you! You cannot be unseen!Ideal for dining, important events (when you can seat most of the time!), and private games...;-)

It seemed to help a great deal with the high arch but I love them and find them easy to walk in. They are very much a dinner, valet type of shoe but very easy to wear with sitting breaks. I got them in pink also!

Hoping on the slingback to make it to Sultry! I always buy/bought size 14 on the single sole and 2"platforms, but these are a size to small, but I still love them. I took the Faux leather look and I am love them!

You really have something with as many platform and 6 inch heel. So much easier to walk and then the domina with a 6 inch heel and no platformAnd just as sexy! Plus the cushion area makes it so much easier to walk in. Wish you would come up with a sultry knee boot, Then I would buy every color in stock. L O L
Really simple and sleek and goes great with nearly everything! The insoles are padded pretty nicely but they also come with additional sticky insoles for a little more comfort. I wear a 7.5 and got the 8 and it perfectly fits my foot so I’d say it runs a little small but since it’s very strappy there’s no danger of pinching. I did notice that standing for a long time, I slide forward and my toes poke over the front which I don’t think is cute.
I absolutely love these. I have a couple pairs of Demonia 108, which is essentially the same shoe with a single sole. The six inch heel makes those a bit difficult for long term wearing, but this platform solves that problem. My male feet strut just fine all evening long. The beautiful silhouette is so sexy and fun to wear. I don't know why Pleaser heels are so darned comfortable, but I'm happy they are.
Girlfriend absolutely loves these! Super soft and comfortable and just a different and dressier look than her regular 6' and 7' Pleaser platforms that I love. Those are a bit challenging to walk and play in for longer periods of time. We love the Fuscia color too, just pops with her tan feet!!She started with her normal 7 but it was a tad too small so we swapped for an 8 and it's great.
Pleaser has this basic design in several different heel heights, but the Sultry line mixes the Domina 108 with something like the Flair that has a platform. While still a bedroom shoe for my wife, she loves the cushion and support of the platform style. We do take one star off only because the shoe really has no way for make them tight enough for a date night.
I bought these heels as a gift for my girlfriend. We both love stripper heels and she has lots of pairs of Pleasers, but wanted something a bit more classy for her to wear when we go out on dates. The Sultry-638s look gorgeous with the smaller 1” platform, and the underside of the heel is the classic shape of a stripper heel from Pleaser. She finds them harder to walk in than her usual Pleasers due to the fact they are a 6” heel with only a 1” platform, but they do have a really good squishy sole for the ball and heel of your feet to help with prolonged wear, and they also come with a spare sole which is good. Very sexy classy pair of heels.
