This preworkout is very difficult to drink. It feels and looks so artificial -everything from the colour it becomes, the smell and the taste is not natural at all. Pump and energy is very minimal.I made the mistake of purchasing this as a twin pack - I would recommend against this - buy one and see how it goes first because FBO will no longer give refunds (sadly)Still the cheapest place to buy the supplements but might be the only store I know that won’t allow refunds which is frustrating!TLDR; the blue disorder sucks!

Disorder is also the ONLY pre-workout I've tried over the years that doesn't give me that "ick, bleh" uncontrollable reaction after drinking the cup in one go. There is either zero aftertaste at all, or a nice fruity aftertaste that suits the flavour.As for strength, this is by far the best stimulant I've tried and beats out Total War, Kamikaze, C4 or Ghost (in my opinion of course, individual reactions may vary). I stick to the single scoop/serving size and mix it with 500ml of water and down it happily before a workout. It gives a comfortable buzz with that subtle tingle/itch that isn't overpowering or uncomfortable. There is also little to no crash, taking it in the morning before my morning workouts and managing to go the whole day without having to resort to additional stimulant (caffeine/energy drink).The cartoony packaging and playful design may put you off as thinking this product is a gimmick or overly hyped. I know I thought that when I first saw it come out. However, I highly recommend that you give it a go!

Quite the mellow flavorYellow Fever: Pretty much tastes like a lolly. struggle to find the words to describe this one.Orange Firm: If you enjoy more of a tropical tasting pre-workout then definitely go for this one.if you take this on an empty stomach expect to feel jitters.

This pre-workout surprised me. I found it to be strong but not over the top. at 500mg caffeine I was skeptical. But it is balanced by the l-theanine, and I found it wasn't too much. What was more pleasantly surprising was the pumps - they were actually great! With only citrulline and a low dose of Norvaline, they've done a really good job. Maybe it's because you also get a nice focus with this, so the mind muscle connection may be the reason. Either way, great pre! Oh, and the flavours are DOPE!

I recently bought Disorder Red Russian. It tastes exactly like Allen’s raspberry lollies. It’s a nice flavour with no yucky after taste. I’m quite caffeine tolerant but disorder gets me pumped with minimal tingling in fingers/toes etc. I’ve tried several different pre workouts but always come back to Disorder. I recommend.

Best Flavoured Pre on the Market

I’ve never had a pre before that doesn’t have some sort of nasty after taste. Like, you know you need to drink it but don’t really want to. Disorder though, oh boy. This stuff is a gift from God. The Red Russian taste like red jelly and the brown sugar is amazing. All their flavours are great, but definitely Red Russian and Brown Sugar as the leaders. 10/10 would recommend!!

Not a fan

I've tried a lot of preworkout supplements, but I didn't like this one; after drinking it, I got the shakes from the caffeine and felt terrible. I didn't enjoy the flavour, but the other impacts it produced on me made it difficult for me to focus on working out. Depending on the mix ratio, it also has a very strong flavour of artificial sugar. I would advise trying it out for yourself in tester or small form because everyone's experience may vary.

Sooooo sweet, kinda worse than soft drink

Effects are good. And there is no crash with this pre workout, which is very important.However, from a taste point of view it is a NO NO. It is far far far too sweet. It tastes like pure sugar in water. Yuk!!The taste should have been balanced between acidity, sweetness and bitterness.4 stars for effect1 star for taste
