Having put up with a terrible oven for 5 years, we decided it needed to go. Researched many brands before deciding on the Falcon. Expensive, but if you like cooking, it is worth every dollar. Solid (120kg vs 60kg of the first oven), quiet, heat-retaining oven cavity, and very easy to clean. I’m not sure what the coating is on the oven door glass, but it just doesn’t get the baked on oil/fat if the previous oven. Just a damp cloth wipe and it’s clean. The thermostat is accurate (I have checked it) and the dual fan system means that heat is evenly distributed. At Christmas we had two racks and the oven floor packed with wall to wall trays of vegetables - all cooked perfectly with no rotations required. We bought this cooker 4 months ago to replace an old Italian one that simply wasn’t any good. The Falcon is solid, beautifully engineered and beautiful to look at. And it works like a charm. We particularly like the ability to divide the oven space in two to save electricity, and using the left hand side as a warmer is a very nice bonus. The oven is easy to use, with just the right range of features and the cooktop is a dream. Finally, the pyrolytic function is heaven-sent!

Love my new stove. I am passionate about cooking. Stand out features to me are the door rack on the main oven. Love the long small oven. Use it all the time for just the two of us. Then when we have dinner party's every shelf and oven is used. Just so versatile. Husband loves the griller for he's cheese on toast. Yes I do let him use my pride and joy. The quality finish is exceptional. We have an old miners cottage which we have done up so the amazing look of this Falcon suits us down to a tee. The warranty service with this company is above and beyond. Could recommend this stove or company without a doubt to be the best I have ever used and dealt with. Cant wait for you to enjoy this experience as well.

I am a chef by trade and ovens are the most important appliance in the kitchen. This is my second Falcon oven. I had the white one back in 2012 but we moved and the oven went with the house. Lesson learnt- never leave your oven behind.....lol. I purchased the cream one one in 2021. Works well and I don't know how people live without two ovens as it is an absolute must have. I cook every night for a family of 8 and the oven works wonderfully. The griddle on the top is my favourite for making pancakes. The ovens are great for everything from cakes, to roasts. Just love my oven!
It took 6 months for delivery (supply chain issues due to Covid), but the wait was worth it. The gas top is excellent - no fuss 5 burners, so no frills, just simple and easy to use layout that is efficient at both the cooking and cleaning end of meal preparation. However, the highlight is the twin ovens. Roasts have never been this good before, and the range of uses offers everything including perfect pizzas. With dinner for friends up to 12 at a sitting, roasts, Chinese banquets and fish feasts have been offered and the stove has delivered in spades. Cannot be more satisfied with the decision to go with Falcon.
My partner and I bought this cooker 8 months ago replacing a really bad gas oven and cook top from Glem.Initially we were a little apprehensive about spending this much on a cooker but after having used it for a good 8 months now we are in love with it. Things come out of the oven evenly cooked, it's quite, the door seals extremely well and the front is cool to touch.One of the main reasons we purchased this oven was because we have a 1 year old and our original ovens door sealed so poorly that the heat would come out and heat up the entire front of the oven to the point where it would burn you instantly if you touched it. The door seals perfectly, very firmly and the little one cannot open the door. The front of the oven is cool to the touch even after having been on for upwards of 5 hours.The gas cook top is a pleasure to use. The igniter lights the gas instantly and we haven't got any issues with flames flickering on and off with using large pans (unlike our previous one).One of the features we didn't know the cooker had was that it will shut off the gas if there is no flame on the cook top which is something we didn't find out till after purchase. This is amazing as we have come into the kitchen to find the gas knobs turned on by the little one but no gas coming out which is an amazing safety feature.It came with plenty of accessories and large hot plate has been great to use, we haven't used our BBQ since.The colour is beautiful and the finish it top notch.The only issue we had was our space in the kitchen was just too small. The cooker is sold as a 90cm cooker and you need more of a 905-910mm space to fit the cooker in. We had to get the stone bench top trimmed down which was around $500.We have recommended it to our friends and it is well worth the extra you would pay over and cooker you would get from a local store.I would want to take the oven with me if we ever sold our house but i feel that may be a little weird lol.
A very good oven, with a couple of problems. The LED lights on the front are quite dim, so when sunlight comes through our kitchen window and shines on the front of the oven, you cannot tell if the lights are illuminated. The second problem is with the pyrolytic cleaning. We did not realize that you need to strip all racks and brackets from the oven before using the pyrolytic function. These have to be cleaned by hand in the old fashioned way. Also, we did not realize that the pyrolytic cleaning take several hours and emits toxic fumes, meaning we have to open all doors and windows to air out the house.
We had been pondering the purchase of a Falcon oven since the one we got with our new build was somewhat lacking. The oven heats very quickly,cooks evenly and is easy to get things out of the lower shelf with the telescopic rails for the shelves.The stove top was damaged when we got it but the turn around to get this replaced was so quick! The burners are effective. The model we have doesn’t have individual lighters for the gas job but now that I’m used to its no problem at all. The stove top being black is easy to clean. Love love love my Falcon!!

Firstly it looks absolutely fantastic and I have received so many compliments on how magnificent it looks in my kitchen. But even better than its obvious good looks is the fact that it cooks superbly. I consider that I have a "working domestic kitchen", meaning that I use the cooker at least three times a day and will do a roast two or three times a week. So I have really put my cooker through its paces. The cooker has never let me down and it has features which have been carefully thought out and which I really appreciate. On the main oven there is a Rapid Response setting which brings the oven up the temperature you want and it is amazingly fast. I use this constantly and my husband loves it because he was very impatient with our previous oven's slow warm up (even though it was touted as having a speedy warm up). On the right side oven, even though it doesn't have the Rapid Response setting, it is still a very fast warm up to the set temperature. So I would suggest that if you are looking at different models, pick one that has the Rapid Response as its really handy. The gas cook top is well laid out and lights easily. My cooker came with 2 great cook top accessories (griddle and wok burner) and I have used both many times. I have had several large family gatherings, where all the cooking was done on the Falcon, with all ovens and cook top being used and everything was cooked perfectly. All done exactly to the times set out in my recipes with no need to compensate for oddities in the cooker, which I have had to do in the past with previous cookers, even though they were expensive top name European appliances. The Handy Rack feature is ok for smaller roasts but I found that if I have a larger roast that I do not use it. It is a great idea though and I have used it, just not as often as I thought I would. The programmable oven has everything I need and nothing I don't. Last but not least, because my Falcon is enamel it is really easy to clean! Before buying this cooker I read a LOT of reviews for cookers which had similar features to the Falcon and Falcon consistently got 5 star rave reviews. Now I understand why and happily add my voice to those who are singing its praises. I really do love my cooker. It works as well as it looks.
Had our oven 5 years now. First claim from glass loose in door and leaking heat. Second claim for warped cooktop grills Third claim for door rusting and paint bubbling What happens when out of warranty? Initial cost was $7000!! You don’t get much for your money anymore. Size of the oven is great for Xmas with the family. Running half size every other day of the year. 5 burners are handy when cooling up a storm. Looks fancy, piro cleaning works flawlessly every time.
