Falcon KCH90DFFCRCH Kitchener 90cm Cream Dual Fuel Freestanding Cooker
Falcon is one of the world’s leading cooker brands, and this stylish Kitchener 90cm Freestanding Dual Fuel unit does not disappoint, delivering superb cooking experiences and intuitive usability. The cooktop features five gas burners including a multi-ring wok burner, ideal for rapid heating and those sizzling stir frys. The spacious surface allows for easy cooking of multiple dishes at once. For added safety, each burner is fitted with a flame failure device, meaning that if a flame ever goes out, the gas supply will be automatically cut. There are two spacious oven cavities, with 69L of capacity on the left side, and another 66L on the right. This huge total capacity will more than satisfy the whole family, or all of your dinner guests. Separate cavities mean you can cook different types of dishes at once, under different conditions and without flavours intermingling. The effort is taken out of cleaning thanks to catalytic liners within the cavity. These absorb grease splatters during cooking, making for a simpler clean-up later on.

I absolutely love this cooker. Two ovens (one fan, one multifunctional) - more than enough for all my cooking/baking needs. There is a rapid warm up function for the multifunctional oven but I’ve not needed to use it once, it gets warm so quickly anyway (last time I baked cheese scones on 220C, by the time they were ready to go in the oven it was up to temperature and the end result was lovely.)The hob is also brilliant; the controls work perfectly, and the wok cradle that came with the appliance is also great, I’ve used it with my stir-fries and it provided a good, evenly cooked result. This cooker also looks the part; I chose the brass coloured trims as my new kitchen will have antique brass handles so this trim will suit them better than the chrome version. A nice bonus that there are options for trim too, and not just the bog standard chrome/silver available.I must admit I have not used the bread proving tray and the grill yet, but the manual provides clear instructions and these functions seem very useful too.I’m slightly confused about one thing; I was under the impression that this cooker has pyrolitic cleaning function, however there is only one reference to this in the manual, mentioning that you would see this sign on the display if this pyrolitic cleaning has been set. But as there’s zero mention if how to set it, I presume it’s not applicable for this model then. (Could be clearer though in the manual!)If I had to mention any areas that could do with improvement, I would say it’s a little bit surprising that for over £2.2k a cooker comes with no baking trays provided, but there was a catalogue enclosed from which I can order some, for extra money, of course. They are not crazy expensive but still, my previous £500 AEG oven came with about two or maybe three, so I expected at least one with this one too. This aside, I’m thoroughly impressed and will probably be a lifetime Rangemaster user from now on, as I can’t and wouldn’t expect anything more or better than this cooker.

Having put up with a terrible oven for 5 years, we decided it needed to go. Researched many brands before deciding on the Falcon. Expensive, but if you like cooking, it is worth every dollar. Solid (120kg vs 60kg of the first oven), quiet, heat-retaining oven cavity, and very easy to clean. I’m not sure what the coating is on the oven door glass, but it just doesn’t get the baked on oil/fat if the previous oven. Just a damp cloth wipe and it’s clean. The thermostat is accurate (I have checked it) and the dual fan system means that heat is evenly distributed. At Christmas we had two racks and the oven floor packed with wall to wall trays of vegetables - all cooked perfectly with no rotations required. My only (small) issue - the temperature and oven mode knobs are ... That said, this is a very high quality oven and cooktop that does its job exceptionally well.

Love my new stove. I am passionate about cooking. Stand out features to me are the door rack on the main oven. Love the long small oven. Use it all the time for just the two of us. Then when we have dinner party's every shelf and oven is used. Just so versatile. Husband loves the griller for he's cheese on toast. Yes I do let him use my pride and joy. The quality finish is exceptional. We have an old miners cottage which we have done up so the amazing look of this Falcon suits us down to a tee. The warranty service with this company is above and beyond. Could recommend this stove or company without a doubt to be the best I have ever used and dealt with. Cant wait for you to enjoy this experience as well.

Bought new and installed in December. The Induction cooktop is great, heaps of room for bigger pots etc. The two ovens work fantastic. The convection oven is fabulous for baking and even grilling, I haven't needed the grill at all. The fan forced oven is great for roasts although the fan is making a vibration noise which I need to follow up with supplier. We also purchased the Falcon Rangehood to match but it is very noisy and nothing special. Wished I purchased the silent range with the motor in the ceiling/roof.
I like most people, research my large appliance purchases pretty thoroughly, this being a big one for us, 10 Grand for an oven seemed so over the top, given originally we were looking at around 4 Grand max. Well, can honestly tell you all now, best $10 grand we spent, beautiful product, supreme construction, and every usual requirement for an oven, has been obviously carefully thought through, and implemented into the build. Usually when a recipe heat calls for 180, we only JUST set ours to 140, and everything is just beautifully cooked, the ovens, yes, both of them are simply amazing, down to the left ovens swing out basting tray, just awesome. I Can't fault this product even at the price point, as I completely feel vindicated by the build and operational quality. ... One thing to mention, when I was researching this product, I couldn't find ONE bad review, now I am fully aware why.
I am a chef by trade and ovens are the most important appliance in the kitchen. This is my second Falcon oven. I had the white one back in 2012 but we moved and the oven went with the house. Lesson learnt- never leave your oven behind.....lol. I purchased the cream one one in 2021. Works well and I don't know how people live without two ovens as it is an absolute must have. I cook every night for a family of 8 and the oven works wonderfully. The griddle on the top is my favourite for making pancakes. The ovens are great for everything from cakes, to roasts. Just love my oven!
This unique Falcon Cooker is not only stunning in looks but also cooks like a dream. The temperature stays consistent, and the many features allows you to customize how your food is cooked to perfection. The second oven is definitely a must have when cooking multiple dishes and makes entertaining so much easier. I also love the cast iron top for the gas burners, it not only compliments the overall look of the cooker but also supports the heavy saucepans I love to use. I have even had a chef walk into my kitchen and compliment me on my oven (not my cooking lol). I love this cooker so much we have now bought a second one for our new house we are building.
A very good oven, with a couple of problems. The LED lights on the front are quite dim, so when sunlight comes through our kitchen window and shines on the front of the oven, you cannot tell if the lights are illuminated. The second problem is with the pyrolytic cleaning. We did not realize that you need to strip all racks and brackets from the oven before using the pyrolytic function. These have to be cleaned by hand in the old fashioned way. Also, we did not realize that the pyrolytic cleaning take several hours and emits toxic fumes, meaning we have to open all doors and windows to air out the house.
We had been pondering the purchase of a Falcon oven since the one we got with our new build was somewhat lacking. The oven heats very quickly, cooks evenly and is easy to get things out of the lower shelf with the telescopic rails for the shelves. The stove top was damaged when we got it but the turn around to get this replaced was so quick! The burners are effective. The model we have doesn’t have individual lighters for the gas job but now that I’m used to its no problem at all. The stove top being black is easy to clean. Love love love my Falcon!!
Had our oven 5 years now.First claim from glass loose in door and leaking heat.Second claim for warped cooktop grillsThird claim for door rusting and paint bubblingWhat happens when out of warranty?Initial cost was $7000!! You don’t get much for your money anymore.Size of the oven is great for Xmas with the family.Running half size every other day of the year.5 burners are handy when cooling up a storm.Looks fancy, piro cleaning works flawlessly every time.
