This was the first time trying Fancy Feast Grilled Salmon & Shrimp Feast in Gravy. My cat Eskimo who can be picky went crazy for it the minute I opened the can. No over whelming fishy smell, pleasant cat food aroma. Easy to scoop out into the bowl. The texture was just perfect and the gravy.. my Eskimo could not eat it fast enough and it was a perfect portion size for a meal. No half eaten cans to leave in the fridge. I recently purchased the Seafood Grilled collection of 30 cans from Walmart. I have been purchasing this collection for several years from other businesses, but it became increasingly difficult to find. There seems to be something going on with the seafood feast in gravy cans.My cat loves the tuna feast in gravy and the salmon and shrimp feast in gravy. I've tried giving him the seafood feast in gravy but he either throws it up shortly after eating or refuses to eat it. It does not look good compared to the other cans and the gravy seems gelatinous. In addition, many of the cans are bent and misshapen. I did not have any problems before the formula was changed. I am left with multiple cans that my cat refuses or will make him vomit.

Unfortunately, I think I've spoiled him because I have to cut up the meat chunks into smaller pieces because if I don't he 9 times out of 10 will waste it. So if I'm nitpicking, I would suggest making the flakes of tuna about half their current size. What could it hurt? Furthermore, moreso lately I've noticed a few pieces throughout each can seem to be massive. I mean oddly massive compared to the other pieces. Call me crazy, but cats are rather dainty right, so Fancy Feast, please pay more attention to your meat chunk sizes and be mindfully proportionate for our ever so spoiled rotten cats. Over the years, I can definitely see some changes, but still a loving and lifelong consumer!

For years our 12 year old cat ate biscuits only but the last two years she had been turning her nose up and leaving them. So tried Hills wet food Petfect Weight pouches but the chunks were too big and there's not enough gravy (our girl is a gravy fiend). So sourced some of these to try from supermarket and so far so good.She loves the majority of the grilled variety in gravy and never leaves anything on the plate. Licks it clean. They are exy if you buy individually from the shops but buying in bulk is better. it is still a lot cheaper than Science Diet food which was being wasted. You only get 12 pouches in a box too for $25. This box of 24 cans is a lot more reasonable and at least she is eating what she likes and not wasting anything. Also seems to digest ... The chunks of meat are pretty large, so I dice them up before serving.Tip: If you store these in the fridge, just add a couple drops of hot water and mix.
