I usually buy organic oils but wanted a British oil for high heat cooking as a change. This oil is LEAF accredited "Linking Environment and Farming" and is the closest to organic without actually being organic. It has a delicious mild nutty flavour, and a gorgeous deep golden yellow colour. It is one of the best non organic oils I have used. I discovered that Organic Avocado Oil is also superb for high heat cooking, as well as dressings and drizzling, so I sometimes buy Olivado Organic Fairtrade Avocado Oil which is excellent. Very glad to have found a British, LEAF accredited, delicious versatile rapeseed oil!

This is cold pressed not refined oil. So oil is extracted naturally No heat or bleaching So keeps all the good stuff unlike a lot of American oils. All seeded pressed and refined oils are bad for you in varying degrees. This seeded oil is cold pressed and unrefined so is perfectly natural healthy and tasty.

This is a excellent product and cheaper alternative to olive oil which has become very expensive.I use it for roasts particularly chicken and leaves a pleasing finish.
This is always our preferred rapeseed oil. A lot of top chefs use this brand and say that it is one of the better brands to choose from. It's very versatile to use and is even good for you! (being rich in omega 3 and lower in calories than most olive oils). Lastly, we do like the fact that it is BRITISH!.....and I think that we should all be very conscious of doing so in these difficult times for our farmers and growers. Lets do all we can to support them.
Bought this on a health kick and had it sat at the back of a cupboard for ages, then only used to fry chicken escalopes when ran out of sunflower oil and my, what an amazing result that was! I couldn't believe the difference this made to the taste of the food, as well as making it moist and juicy. I have since used it for other recipes and it is definitely an improvement. Highly recommended! I honestly cannot believe that something that tastes so good is actually good for you too!
Doesn't have the bitterness of olive oil,so I prefer this for lighter,fresher dressings. Lovely with grain mustard,honey and cider vinegar. Also great for roasting veggies and rubbing on jacket potatoes for crispy skin. Such a great find.
Love this healthy golden oil especially for roast potatoes it makes them crunchy and fluffy inside with a lovely golden colour. Super for salad dressings too,
Only thing Ive used this for is for cooking homemade chips in the ActiFry. 1 ActiFry spoon of this for every 2 portions, wash the chips until the water runs clear, boil for 5 minutes, fry off, pop in the air fryer for 28 minutes and you have a lovely flavoured chip. Combined with cod fillet on a peroni beer batter fried in sunflower oil this is on par with a ?30 meal from a top restaraunt.
This is a lively oil. Beautiful colour . I use it for most of my cooking and in a spray for my air fryer. Great value and even better when on offer
