I think the name caught my eye for me to buy this wine but I'm glad it did. It is as good as any shiraz I've tried for quite some time now. I will continue to buy it.
I bought this wine to make a poached pears dessert. Although I added an equal amount of cranberry juice to cover the fruit, the full-bodied flavour of the shiraz still came through and I didn't have to add extra sugar.
