Amazing MiniSpinny

Definitely a winner amongst a picky kid. Helped keep her quiet on the airplane and mesmerized at restaurants. She likes playing with it and throwing it. I do sort of wish there were suction cups on the ends so we could stick to one side, but it's not a true loss without it. I really liked that it was a nice quiet toy that is easy to clean.

I was looking for ideas for my 15 month old’s Easter basket and came across this spinny toy. My daughter’s physical therapist has the bigger version so I thought this might be a good choice. The 7 and 3 year olds are often taking it from the 15 month old and playing with it! I love how it’s one piece, the ends don’t come off on this smaller version and the baby learned real quick to turn it one way then flip it over to make it spin again. I find myself playing with it too when he’s sitting with me long enough and one of the other kids hasn’t taken it away from us!

I like this toy quite a bit, but I do wish I had gone ahead and spent the extra few dollars on the Spin Again. The Minispinny is great for babies and car trips because you don't have to worry about pieces going everywhere, but the stick part is a little bit short, so I don't feel like you get quite enough spinning action. Also, the wheels tend to get "stuck" on one side or the other, so you have to kind of shake it to get ot going again. It definitely keeps my baby's attention, so it serves it's intended purpose and is great for baby's development.

Riveting.. This toy is attention getting. It's fun to watch as it is flipped over. Sometimes all three "gears" go down at once, sometimes, two go together, and sometimes they each go individually. Then, just flip and the fun show starts over again. Colors are bright and vivid. Also, this is easy to hold for babies. Even when not flipping it has lots of manageable holding and chewing surfaces. We are happy with the interactivity of this toy!

My Review of MiniSpinny

It is a very clever and appealing toy. I purchased it for my seven month old granddaughter knowing she is on the young side to make full use of it. She does enjoy it and I can easily see it becoming one of her favorite toys as she grows.

My Review of MiniSpinny
14 January 2024

My 8 month old finds this toy fairly interesting, but hasn't quite figured out how to flip the MiniSpinny over to re-start the spinning yet. As her parents we think that the different gears spin at too similar of a rate to be maximally fun (they all basically spin together).

My Review of MiniSpinny
9 March 2021

My 10 month old grand daughter loved the mini spin. Of course she loved chewing on it at this time in her development, but was fascinated when we turned it for her. She caught on quickly and could do it herself. The mini spin has quite an adult appeal as well. We all loved playing with it. My 10 year old grandson even loved it.

Purchased this toy for my littles one year and it was a good buy. The colors are bright and alluring. The toy is solid in design and structure making it durable for little hands and uncomplicated. He has not quite gotten the hang of playing with it but is very engaged when others show him and tries to grab it away. My older two boys (newly 6 and 8.5) find fun and silly ways to play with this and their baby brother-so i call that a mom win! Its super lite and easy to take anywhere. When I first engaged with this it was very reminiscent of those old school balance bar toys with the little spool on two sided wire where it would spin and travel up and down-so glad to have this new spin (yes! intentional pun) on an oldie! Spun over MiniSpinny
7 March 2017

The Mini-Spinny caught my 6 month old granddaughters attention right away, as it did mine! The colors are bright and captivating!! The spinning is fun and so different for a hand held infant toy!! I love that it can be turned upside down and sideways to spin over and over again!! I also love that it's soft enough to put it in her mouth as a teether!! She loves to watch it spin over and over again as I tel herl the color of the star that is spinning !! I love it and it is my granddaughters favo

I bought this for my 10-month-old nephew, and he was fascinated by it from the moment he opened it! He immediately figured out to flip it over and keep spinning. It's simple, easy to hold and play with, but remains very interesting! And he could easily play with it by himself. (Additionally, quite a few of the adults in the room ended up holding it throughout the day and absentmindedly spinning it. It's soothing!)
