These cups are gorgeous, but the mouth of the cup is too narrow and the base is too wide. When using a bottomless portafilter the first few drips of espresso before the flow gravitates to the middle tend to be on the outer edge of the filter basket and mouth of the cup is too narrow to catch those and they hit the tapered side. When using a double spout portafilter, the base is too wide and the taper to the mouths too great, I cannot get the mouths of the cups close enough together to catch the flow from the spouts. The insulated double wall is a wonderful feature, and the copper bottom is striking and looks beautiful on top of my ECM, but I don't use them as much as I'd like to. When I do take the time to clean off the sides after pulling a shot, drinking from them ... MoreThese cups are gorgeous, but the mouth of the cup is too narrow and the base is too wide. I first purchased the Fellow Joey mugs and loved them so much that I had to return to get the demitasse version. The white + copper combination is simply stunning and makes sipping espresso at home an absolute joy. 5/5!

I make ristretto shots on a Rancillo Silvia. Careful placement of the shot glass raised up on a scale gets all the espresso in the cup with no slop over the edges. Love the look & feel

After the 3rd use both cups started showing hairline cracking at the bottom. I tried reaching out to Fellow but no response. These are also barely wide enough and sometimes the first drop or two might run down the outside if your cup isn't perfectly positioned. Unusable for a bottomless portafilter from my experience.
Very aesthetic mug, slightly larger than the standard mug. Very nice to hold with two hands on a winter night!
We really love this espresso machine! It makes wonderful coffee drinks all day long. The set up was easy and I was even able to clean the entire inside with no problems. I love the data screen on the front, it shows what needs to be done next. It even has reminders to clean or empty grounds. I definitely picked the right machine for me!! How did I ever get along without it!!
I have been using these espresso shot cups for several weeks now, and I still love them just as much today as I did the day they arrived in their clever packaging. They are heavy duty and easy to keep clean. They really add to the aesthetic of my setup. The only downside is that they stand pretty tall, but overall I love them and highly recommend them.
I absolutely love all these cups have to offer. They are beautifully made with the walls of ceramic and the base of copper. They are heavy and feel sturdy in the hand and they work amazingly. I would absolutely recommend this product to any espresso lover.
I've been using Bodum double walled glass cups for cappuccino for years and even bought a larger cup size set for latte drinking. I thought it would be cool to have a set of double walled espresso cups and these, though expensive, looked elegant and solidly constructed. I was even excited about the idea of the copper base and how this might increase heat conduction. Well, don't waste your money if like me you use a double portafilter (mine is on an ECM Mechanika Slim). The cups taper from the bottom up and the diameter of the top of the cup is about 5 mm too narrow. I painstakingly centered the cup under the portafilter only to see significant amounts of espresso hit the sides of the cup, fouling it and landing in the drip tray. Great idea but poor execution. Maybe the reviewer who has a La Pavoni benefits from its smaller portafilter size, but for an E 61 groupset, caveat emptor.
The cups are very small, a perfect size for a double espresso. . I wanted them for macchiato’s. They only hold about 60 ml with a 35 ml shot, leaving 1.5 T for milk and foam. The cups look nice and have good weight.
