I received the guitar in the case, but was unable to open the case because I could not find the keys.I called AMS up and the representative had no clue on how to open the case with no keys. The representative told me to try and force it open with your hand or something. I called AMS and they told me since the locks on case is broken they were going to have to charge me for a new case, and could not tell me how much until i sent everything back and they will inspect it.So today I bought an amp with a busted preamp tube and a guitar that does not work and I paid cash. You would think that they would like to help me out but i found out today that they do not care about customer service at all and I should of used sweetwater in stead. If you look and see how much money I spent with AMS just in last year alone comes to alt least 8000 and you would think there would be some compassion but nothing never again.

So unlike the idiot that thought it was a smart idea to pry a locked piece of metal open all because someone said “give it some force with your hand” and that’s from what I read, your hand is not a tool. AMS are very helpful and if needed get it replaced before damaging it yourself! If your a morello fan than this guitar is a just as much of a masterpiece as you think it is!!

My experience with this guitar has been great. The neck feels great and is easy to play on. The pick ups are my favorite part. The two fender noiseless pickups just sound amazing clean, and the hotrails really shines with some distortion. One thing I've noticed that confuses people is the "soul power" decal, it is completely optional. It comes with the case and you can apply it if you'd like.The few cons to this are that I find the guitar pretty heavy, but it's nothing too back breaking. The bridge pickup is quiet a bit hotter and I had to lower it so that it wasn't so much louder than the other two. Overall those are my nit picky cons.If there was an option for a solid tailpiece I'd rather have that. Bought the Tom Morello Guitar Strat Soul Power, finally arrived and the guitar was Missing screws on the chrome pick guard!!!! What the heck!! Had an approved quality inspection receipt. Ummm??? This is a FENDER Quality inspection pass ? Makes you wonder if quality is even a thing with fender
Great guitar. The 'board was a little bit rough, after conditioning it, and played for a while. It's great now.My second mexican Fender, and it doesn't disappoint!!!!
Quality strat packed with features.
It has great tone from all pickups with extremely noticeable changes with each time you flip the switch. Works good with clean, but great for any sort of overdrive or distortion. The killswitch is cool and it holds tune very well.
bought one and didnt regret it. beautiful sound and you'll find yourself playing a lot of audiodlave.frets feel a bit sharp on the top side but nothing too bad
