This body butter from Fenty is probably one of the most luxurious body butters that I’ve had the pleasure of trying. Purchased at Sephora. This is the Fenty skin butta drop whipped oil body cream and it’s rich and hydrating. This is loaded with rich butters and tropical oils - it’s a heavier cream that needs 2-3 minutes to absorb. This leaves a beautiful, healthy shine on your skin. Smells really good, leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. Definitely helps add moisture to those drier areas of your body. The smell is really nice, it does last on your skin for a while. This is quite oily. I find that it leaves a bit of an oily feeling on my skin. I like to apply this at night before bed

Butta for your skin

Love this Butta Drop in warm cinnamon. The scent is yummy and is not overwhelming. The size is a little bit larger than The Body Shop body butter containers which is great considering the price point. The shimmer is beautiful and just right; it's not glittery, but gives a nice glow. Perfect! The butter is luxurious and goes on smooth and moisturizes your skin. Typically I find that shimmer lotions or butters tend to be drying, but not this one. So happy I picked this up on sale, I would definitely snag another container.

Great for this time of year

I absolutely fell in love with the Cinnamon scent from last year. My skin was so super soft after use. The scent was not overpowering, and the body cream was not overly thick. Perfect for my skin. I stretched the body cream as long as I could, seeing as it was regularly sold out last year. I was a little disappointed that they decided to only make a tiny version this year, and brought out Toasted Marshmellow. I'm not sure if some have had a bad batch, or what? Mine does not smell like play-doh, or anything of the sort. What the scent reminds me of, is the Toasted Marshmellow from Bath and Body Works. I really do like this Toasted Marshmellow scent. It's not overpowering, the formula seems to be as shimmery as last year. I hope to stock up on this before it disappears.

My Moisture Holy Grail

This body cream is, hands down, the best I’ve ever used. I’m in my 50’s and have very dry skin. My skin gets especially dry during the long Chicago winters. I began using this product over the holidays and I can honestly say that my skin has never felt more hydrated. It’s incredibly rich and thick, yet never greasy. The scent in both the original and cinnamon versions are incredible. They smell heavenly. The subtle shimmer in the cinnamon version is a bonus! I’ve become a huge fan of the entire Fenty makeup line, and now I can say that the skincare line is equally impressive. I would recommend this product to everyone, young and old, especially those with dry and/or mature skin.

Perfect winter moisturizer

I’ve live in New England and have very dry skin. I typically use thicker products like cocoa butter, eucerine body lotion etc. but I wanted something a little more lux so I finally caved in and bought this. I was skeptical about the size/price of this but a little goes a long way, like another reviewer said you can make this stretch by applying on damp skin.This is very hydrating and my skin drinks this right up. It does leave a nice glow. I wish I knew other languages to properly express my disappointment in this product. My Ouai body Créme smells so much better and keeps my skin just as hydrated. For the price point of this, I was expecting A LUXURIOUS EXPERIENCE. The scent is giving very much so nothingness, okay? There's a hint of a scent while it's in the jar, but when I apply it, NOTHING. Smells fantastic but can be a little sticky

This is closest thing I've found that balances moisture longevity, fragrance, and quantity. Applied to dry skin I find that it's long lasting and smells amazing. I never feel clogged or overly oily like with other oil heavy products. The body shoppe and tree hut's old line before the whipped formula come to mind as examples of decent but oily.Some things I wish were better are the price and the feeling on the hands after it dries. It feels a bit expensive for the amount but a little truly does go a long way so I guess that's fine. It also can feel a little sticky on the hands as you apply it all over.

Toasted Marshmallow

I love this body butter in the OG scent/formula, and especially in the limited edition vanilla from last year. I LOVE sweet gourmand scents and was so disappointed with this year's attempt at marshmallow. Every comment that compares the scent to Play Doh is bang on. That said, the product itself is still awesome, so the other scents will stay in my rotation. Skin is bouncy and super moisturized, I just can't stand the smell of myself. A rare Fenty Skin fail. I would love to see the vanilla back as a permanent option.

I'm not sure that I really like the original version of this cream. I love a rich heavy body cream, but despite applying this sparingly I don't feel like it absorbs very well. It left me feeling really sticky, and the residue on my hands doesn't feel great. The scent isn't one I'm a fan of, either, it's kind of a generic fruity/fresh scent. Honestly it's reminding me a lot of drugstore body butters- it doesn't feel like a $50 product, and I'm a bit surprised that most of the other reviews are so great. I will say it doesn't pill up, which is my main gripe of cheaper lotions.I got the holiday trio set, and I'll probably not return it because I would like to try the other 2 (cinnamon & vanilla) because I at least like the scent of those and maybe the shimmer formula ... MoreI'm not sure that I really like the original version of this cream.
