Fenty Skin Jumbo Fat Water 250ml

This stuff smells amazing! It leaves my skin feeling soft and clean, and incredibly hydrated. Sometimes I don't use moisturiser when I use this as I find it's very hydrating itself so it just doesn't feel necessary for moisturiser as well. I'm not sure how well it works at refining pores though, I haven't really noticed a difference. My only gripe is that I wish it had some kind of dispenser. As it is it's just an open bottle top and it's so easy to accidentally pour too much of this out meaning it goes to waste. With this stuff you barely need any so it's quite hard to just pour out such a small amount with the current bottle design. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and I really like using this toner because it’s gentle and more hydrating than the average toner and the niacinamide helps soothe and strengthen my skin barrier. It also seems to help gently fade over time the post-acne redness/PIE that I deal with. I use it along with the Fenty Vitamin C Niacinamide serum and retinol, so it’s hard to tell how much each product has helped but I think they are all helping over time. An accidental holy grail!

I received a sample of the Fat Water in an Ipsy bag and started using it absentmindedly just so it wouldn't go to waste. It wasn't until I ran out a few weeks later that I realized it had done SO much to improve the texture of my skin. I bought another travel-sized bottle to make sure I wasn't just making stuff up and 2 weeks later my skin is glowing again. I don't know if I should be thrilled that I found a holy grail or angry that I can't live without it now!I will say it's more of an essence/serum than a toner in my opinion, but I have dryer skin. Caused us breakouts (and we don’t breakout)

I bought the cleanser, toner and moisturizer and The scent was the only thing I loved about the product. was dissatisfied with it all. The cleanser did not leave me with the refreshing look and feel I normally look for. The toner must be a little too strong because myself and my sister ended up breaking out from its use. The moisturizer was way too oily, and left my face way too shiny and greasy feeling all day long. I bought myself, my mother and sister the starter pack and no one had any positive fees back. It’s been awhile since my purchase so now the product is just collecting dust. A friend of mine recommended the product and trusting her (although she naturally has clear skin) I tried my luck. I won’t be purchasing again. Did Wonders for my Acne & PIH

I first bought this to see if it would anyway help with boosting my complexion and PIH/dark spots on my face. I was hoping that this product would slightly help with my complexion and expecting it to cause acne breakouts and/or irritation on my sensitive skin. Sometimes I get surprised by which products my skin decides not to react to. The smell vanishes within 3 minutes.This toner feels like a loose gel or a serum in my hands. I prefer to use my hands to apply this. Fat water toner has the EXACT SAME texture on the face as the Avène anti-imperfection concentrate. I 100% believe that there were some cosmetic formulators/scientists/chemists shared between the teams behind these products. On top of it, both companies have French connections (Avène is French and Fenty Skin is co-owned by LVMH). You cannot convince me otherwise.The packaging is nice, pretty, and sleek. While I usually prefer pumps for serum, I like this method of pouring out the toner as for me, the toner is too liquid-y to be a proper serum.I like the quantity, 50 mL lasts ~1.5 months sporadically used (1-2 times a week) and 150 mL is enough for alternate day application on my face for 4 months.A staple in my skincare routine & must-have product in regards to my acne, PIH, and dark marks. Strongly recommend.

The good news, my skin isn't sensitive so I didn't breakout, experience any itching or feelling overall irritance.I can't speak for people who are prone to sensitive skin, but what I can say is the fragrance isn't overwhelming. You can slightly smell it but it doesn't last long or give off the sense that your face is completely covered in fragrance-if that makes sense. Great seasonal toner for humid weather

I have combo dry skin, and when it’s hot-humid-sticky weather, I get tiny zit like bumps around my T-zone. Needless to say, this toner is used for this weather.My skincare routine is catered to the seasons, so it changes as needed. I don’t wash my face with soap twice a day, I do it once a day so I don’t strip away too much of my natural oils. I feel like this toner could have a higher performance potential on healthy “skin barriers”.I didn’t get this to “shrink” my pores, rather I got this to protect my pores from clogging invasions from a multitude of foreign threats. I like to apply this toner after light exfoliation to avoid dead skin cells from teaming up together and clumping. I like that it has vitamin C and niacinamide, so it’s a pretty good summer toner to apply for improved spf benefits from sun protection.I personally wouldn’t use this toner on dryer weather like winter. My go-to is Laneige or Fresh for that. This product works for me, and good luck for people still looking for a product that can work for them.

Great serum, just weird bottle design

For the longest I was trying to find products that were both moisturizing and helpful in maintaining my rosacea and the redness that comes from it. I was given this product in a trial size with the face cleans'r and the hydra vizor. I was hesitant to use them because my face was so sensitive. But, once I used them my skin started glowing. It felt so hydrated, rejuvenated, and clean. I've been using this serum with the use this product combined with the cleans'r and the hydra vizor for over a year now and I don't have any complaints. The only reason I gave this a four is because this design for the serum bottle is kind of difficult to use. So with all of the reviews about how strong the fragrance of this product is, it makes me kind of wonder if I somehow got an inactive batch. I could barely detect any smell to mine. I am not usually particularly sensitive to smells, but my current body lotion is a horrible herb-y, lavender smell that I hate so much I hold my breath to apply it lol. So I feel like if it had a strong smell, I would notice it. And no, I didn't accidentally purchase the fragrance-free version :).Anyways, as far as the product itself goes, it doesn't feel like any other toner I've used. Will not be repurchasing, though. Oh -- and I almost forgot to mention, but the packaging is terrible. The cap doesn't come off, so you have to twist it up a bit and there's a hole in the cap that will open up. Then you turn it over and kind of very lightly squeeze. You have to do it quickly! If you don't squeeze at all, nothing really comes out. If you squeeze too hard or too long, it gets everywhere. I feel like Fenty in general has tried to be creative with their packaging, but I've ended up not being a fan of most of it.

Refreshing, Daily Dose of Toning

I fell in love with this product after receiving a tiny sample with a prior Sephora purchase; my skin felt so great that I just had to have it! I was so surprised and excited to see that a Jumbo option was offered and rushed to buy it. This toner serum hybrid feels like a water gel coming out of the bottle and going on to the skin, but absorbs easily and refreshes the skin like a toner. I have noticed and improved clarity in my skin and I really enjoy being able to multitask with this product, either layering it with other serums or all on its own! Definitely recommend and a new must have!
