After the birth of my son and my almost fatal hemmorage I struggled to keep my Iron levels up with other Iron supplements and fruit and veg. My doctor highly recommended Ferro-grad C and im so glad she did! The added vitamin C helps your body absorb the iron and its in the same tablet so no need to purchase a second supplement and all for a good price. If you are struggling with iron this brand should be you're go to. After 3 months i was able to stop taking it as it fixed my levels.

This has been an invaluable addition for me as I lack iron and feel so flat without it. My mum used to take it it’s been around for years and is a proven benefit for low iron

My husband has very low iron levels and has had an iron infusion. Since taking this regularly, his iron levels are stable. His GP recommended this product. Plus, the size of the tablet is slightly smaller than other brands so he can swallow it.

Good for Iron deficiency
24 November 2021

I was prescribed this due to my anaemia. It takes a long time to work and it can cause constipation. But if you’re not a fan of needles, then this is your best option in raising that iron level if your dietary intake consists of greens and chicken breast.

Great!!

Bought these for my teenage daughter as she has problems with her iron levels being low. Since taking them she definitely has had more energy and they seem to really be helping her through school days and at home etc. Great product

Highly recommend
8 April 2019

I've forgotten to take these for a while and I feel awful. When I remember to take them, I'm up and about doing things without thinking about it. If I don't take them, I can be in bed not doing anything, just thinking, for hours if I have the time. It's like my body won't function without the extra iron. I work as a pharmacy assistant and the other companies will tell you theirs is better because it's more easily absorbed. I have to disagree. If you're always tending toward iron deficiency, you need a much higher dose. I have a sensitive stomach, but I don't have any issues with these. Some people get issues with the high amount of iron, but that can be remedied by taking them less often. Give them a go if your iron is not at the higher end of 'normal'.

Iron Supplement with VitaminC Enhancing Absorption
18 June 2021

A really great product which combines an iron supplement with Vitamin C to enhance absorption. Have used in the past successfully following advice from my GP and have consumer confidence in the Ferro-Grad brand and in this product as a result. Highly recommend but make sure you receive advice from your GP before using. Another great feature is that the tablets are also coated so you do not have an after taste when using.

The best iron tablets I've tried
17 March 2019

I really believe these are the best iron tablets available. If you are someone who, like me, often struggles to swallow larger tablets, these are very easy to take as they are coated and do not begin to disintegrate on your tongue before swallowing. It's convenient that it combines both iron and vitamin C in the same tablet to minimise your pill burden. I have re-purchased numerous times and would do so again.

Very strong so take care with effects
23 December 2022

My GP recommended this for my iron deficiency. It's much stronger than any others on the market. It only took a few days to notice a lift in my energy but must be very careful to have lots of liquids and fibre, prunes etc to reduce effects of constipation from the iron. Must take with food and lots vit C to get the most out of it.
