Description & Use FESS Little Noses saline nasal spray loosens and thins nasal mucus to help clear nasal passages. The FESS Little Noses Aspirator helps remove nasal mucus so your baby can breathe easier. It includes a fess little noses aspirator. FESS Little Noses is a soft spray to protect delicate nasal membranes. It is non-medicated and preservative free. Fess Little Noses is safe enough to be used as often as needed. Dosage Lie baby on back and tilt head back. Gently remove excess mucus. Hold the bottle upside down and squeeze drops into each nostril. Hold baby in this position for 1-2 minutes to give the saline time to thin the mucus. Alternatively the bottle may be used upright as a spray. After instilling the drops, use the nasal aspirator to gently clean loosened mucus without the harshness of tissues. Bought this a few weeks ago, on looking to use it for the first time found the box sticker was damaged, the aspirator was poking through the thick plastic packaging, no seal on the saline and what looked like 2/3 full!. Obvious signs of use with no sign of resolution from CW beyond offering a $5 voucher for this travesty of hygiene and customer service!

This is the 3rd time I purchased this product with faulty aspirator. There is a gap/whole in between the the tube (head) and the bulb.

The spray works instantly the bulb is fantastic alternative to clean up inside nostrils if they don't sneez out from spray
The saline spray works to loosen those booger’s to decongest my little one. I haven’t needed to use the aspirator after the saline spray as it causes my baby to sneeze which does the job!
Out of all booger suckers I've used, this one is the best suction for my little ones nose. I also like the new sprah bottle, when my first was little, it was just a dropper bottle you squeezed, much prefer the quick spritz!
The saline helped my mother but not my daughter. Too much congestion in the nose and this won't budge it.
Absolutely love this combination. Saline softens the mucus and the aspirator removes it!! I've found the design of this aspirator works much better than other brands I've tried.
Just using this spray at the middle of the night when congestion gets worse and it helps bub to relieve her blocked nose...then she can continue sleeping again. Also, it is non-medicated choice. Love this product!!!
